In 23R2, when you create a drop ship purchase order and select a value in the FOB Point field, then create a Sales Order from the Purchase Order, the FOB Point value is not being transferred to the Sales Order. Is this expected behavior or is this a bug?As a workaround, I’m trying to add an event handler to the CreateSalesOrder action.  However, I believe this action is actually in the public class DropShipLinksExt : PXGraphExtension<POOrderEntry> extension.  public class POOrderEntry_Extension : PXGraphExtension<POOrderEntry> { public static bool IsActive() => true; [PXOverride] public IEnumerable createSalesOrder(PXAdapter adapter, Func<PXAdapter, IEnumerable> baseMethod) { PXGraph.InstanceCreated.AddHandler(delegate (SOOrderEntry graph) { graph.RowUpdated.AddHandler<SOOrder>(delegate (PXCache sender, PXRowUpdatedEventArgs e) { SOOrder objSOOrder = e.Row

Hi, we scan and attach our proof of delivery to our invoices for easy reference. Our administrators in each branch have been instructed that all invoices need to have the POD attached, but this is not always done. I need a report which will show me which Invoices do not have attachments so I can address this with the branch manager.

If I have only one line item on a sales order, can I have two salespeople on the sales order?

Hello,Looking to create report similar to the Vendor transaction summary, However i need for Customers. With Invoice dates, paid dates & Amount.

Hello,We have a new employee that started.  They entered an AP bills that was suppose to be on a recurring schedule.  The invoices slipped through, approved and paid.  Now that the recurring invoice is off schedule, whats the best way to get it back on schedule, and is there a way to tie the accidental invoice back to the recurring to get it back on schedule? As you can see the dates are also greyed out and unable to be changed.  I assume i can run the schedule and just delete the invoice, but that still leaves a whole in the generated documents list. Thanks,Jeremy

How can expense claims be enabled on our platform? I read that we will need to enable Expense Management from the “Enable/Disable Features” screen, however this option is not available.  Similarly, the “Time and Expenses” page has very limited options.

We are needing a way to automatically lock the project revenue budget at the end of the month. Since these entries are not considered “transactions” they can still be modified after the financial period is closed. We found under Budget Operations, in the Project, there is the ability to lock and unlock the budget. Is there a way that we can set a business event to automatically lock the budget on any jobs with a start date of the previous month on the first day of the new month? Or create a GI allowing a mass record update we could use to manually lock the budget?

This is an extension of a thread: How can I change header value of a field based on currently selected row in the grid.So far, I have found a working solution. However, there's a minor issue: the UsrWorkCenterID field (show details...) doesn't update automatically. I need to clear the current record to obtain the new value. If anyone knows how to resolve this minor issue, please share the solution. protected void AMProdItem_UsrWorkCenterID_FieldSelecting(PXCache cache, PXFieldSelectingEventArgs e) { // Getting the production item data. var prodItemRow = (AMProdItem)e.Row; if (prodItemRow == null) return; // If there's no data, return. // Trying to find the current operation info. var currentOperRow = Base.Caches<AMProdOper>().Current as AMProdOper; // If the current operation matches the item's details, use its Work Center ID. if (currentOperRow != null && currentOperRow.ProdOrdID == prodI

I am updating Queue times on Released Production Orders that have approximately 10 operations each.  My import scenario is putting the order On Hold, finding the operation ID (@@), updating the Queue time, and removing the Hold.  It does this for all 10 lines on every order. Is there a way I can set the import scenario to put the order on Hold, update all the lines, then remove the hold?  Instead of Hold-update-RemoveHold 10 times?

From Acumatica help:“By default, the screen shows only those items where the materials required for the specific Production Order exceed the current quantity on hand and the material is NOT set to be backflushed.” I believe critical materials should look at all materials regardless of if the item is backflushed. Is there business logic for not looking at backflushed items?

Were exploring using the employee time card function so we can get our labor costs to hit our projects on a timely basis. Can someone please advise how we they have been doing it?
