How do we fix the error: "EP Error: User must be an Employee to use current screen."  The User IS an employee, so I am confused.  Thank you.

I’ve encountered a weird formatting issue with Report Designer. Preview looks fine, but after printing to PDF, all I’s, some lowercase L’s, and periods appear bold and strangely formatted. Sample below:   If I switch report from HTML to PDF default, the problem disappears. But, the logo looks terrible, so I need a solution that allows printing from the default HTML view. Anyone have an idea? Thanks

For an integration, we are triggering a API by the InventoryItem_RowPersisted event handler when creating a NonStock item in Acumatica. By the response JSON some essential statuses are saved and maintained in custom fields as shown in the below diagram. After creating a NonStock item and when clicking the save button these two custom fields get updated. But right after the screen refreshes or closes the screen the values get lost without saving the updated values of this custom fields. I have already inserted a explicit save, but it seems to be not functioning as expected. Here with I'm attaching essential segments of the NonStockItemMaint graph. If you guys can provide any guidance in this regard, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. For explicit saving i tried this “                        // Mark the extension fields as updated                        PXCache caches = Base.Caches[typeof(InventoryItem)];                        caches.Update(row);                        caches.Pers

Hi Team,We have a scenario where we need to update a column of a table across all the tenants during publishing of the package from any of the Tenant. Is it possible to Achieve this? if yes can you please share us the code sample. Thanks in Advance.

We are setting up and testing the “Calculate Replenishment Parameters” for certain items.  Not sure if we have missed some setting(s) in the Replenishment tab as the “Calculate Replenishment Parameters” process failed with a  message “IN Error:  InternalError: Sequence’s sorting order is wrong or it’s not sorted”.Any suggestions would be really appreciated as this is our first time setup and try the Calculate Replenishment Parameters.  Please find attached the settings on the Replenishment Tab in one of the item, and also the Calculate Replenishment Parameters errors when we run the process.  Thanks...

We are running our first PI and received this warning Unfreezing stock when a PI process is not completed may cause discrepancy in cost or quantity of stock items and inability to release PI adjustments. If we proceed, will we run into issues?

I’m in build 2024R1 testing out Manufacturing module and trying to setup work flows for my organization, and I’ve run into what I see as a bug - the replenishment in the Inventory Planning Display seems to be triggering from On Hand and not from Hard Available. This feels like a bug to me - does calculating from on hand and not hard available provide value for anyone? Here’s an example of where things can go wrong: You have 30 items on hand, but in shipping status, and so 0 hard quantity available. Your safety stock is set to 10, but it won't trigger, because you have 30 units 'on hand' even though they're in shipping status (or they might have already shipped and not yet been invoiced). So let’s say I have a process to repull inventory demand part way through the day. If I have 500 orders that are moving through shipping, and those orders have reduced my hard available inventory completely on a number of items, those items won’t show up in my inventory planning display to replenish, s

I am trying to bring over the Customer from the Sales Order through the Purchase Order Details by Inventory Item Report. I can see that the SO Demand section is pulling the Data through on the SOLineSplit3 table and I have attempted to join the tables together with the settings shown in the picture but it just prints out blank. does anyone know how I should be Joining these two tables together to get that Customer ID as a Field I can add?

Hi,A client is having an issue where purchase receipts have been created for a purchase order, and it is fully receipted, but the purchase order is not able to be closed as it is still thinking it needs to be receipted, as shown in the image below.I was thinking a way to close this purchase order would be to publish a custom sql script, and then remove this customisation after the script has run successfully. However, I am not sure how to update the status field via SQL. The dropdown values for the Status field show that the Closed option has a value of ‘C’, so would I set the status to ‘C’ or ‘Closed’ in the SQL query?Let me know if I can clarify anything.Kind regards,Andrew Enter PO Receipt button still showing despite order being fully receipted and billed After the Enter PO Receipt button was clicked

The MRP procedures state that the "Calculate Replenishment Parameters" function in the inventory module can be used to review the following items:Safety Stock/Reorder Point Lot SizesHowever, there is a note in the "Creation of a Replenishment Class" section specifying:"If you want to configure automatic calculation of replenishment parameters, you must use only replenishment classes with the Purchase or Transfer replenishment source. For details, see Configuration of Replenishment: Replenishment Methods and Configuration of Replenishment: Demand Forecast Model."We are deploying the usage of MRP and want to have suggested safety stocks or reorder points under different service levels as part of our internal ABC Inventory Management Strategy. However, when calculating the replenishment parameters, only parameters associated with demand are shown (as we get the demand with the top accessible assembly). No information is shown for lead time. The item is manufactured and has an associated BO

Where are these accounts set up for stock items?  When the item class is selected on the General tab it auto populates these GL accounts and I need to revise some of them.

Since we installed Acumatica 2023R2, Our service techs have been complaining, especially when using the android version of the Acumatica App. Here is what happens:1. They will use the “View on Map” button to see the location of their next appointment.2. The app will open up Google Maps correctly.3. When returning to the Accumatica App after looking at the map, it is locked up. Every time they need to restart the app and log-in again. This is frustrating. Any suggestions on what we can do?

I want VAT No and SVAT No records with the same Ref No are printed on the same line, avoiding duplication

Hello all,How shall I allow a user to manually select a commission period?

Hello all,How shall I allow a user to manually select a commission period?

The example story goes like this, our customer sold an ice machine that came with a 1 year parts/labor warranty. Within the manufacturers warranty period, the ice machine required a service appointment that resulted in a trip charge, on-site labor and a replacement of a defective non-serialized subcomponent part. The end customer is not expecting to pay for the service charges because it’s covered under the manufacturer's warranty. However our customer the service provider would like to be reimbursed under the manufacturer's warranty program. They have no visibility for tracking the process of collecting reimbursement for the appointment expenses.Any thoughts on this?

I believe this is a new bug for 2023R2, as it never occurred until we upgraded. I am able to recreate this error on a new instance with u100 data.I think this is limited to the field service, when billing by Service Order that has one (or more?) canceled appointments but still has a completed & closed appointment. The canceled appointment will have at least 1 inventory item on it, and the completed appointment will be a reschedule of the first appointment with the same inventory item. The service order will correctly show only 1 item to bill. When you go to release the invoice, the one inventory item will show, but error on release with the following error.Error: Updating 'Appointment Item Detail' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. The specified quantity (1.00) along with the quantity in other appointments (1.00) is greater than the quantity in the associated service order line (1.00). The specified quantity (1.00) along with the quantity in other appointmen

Has anyone had issues with the Default cost code from the Service Order type not being retrieved?I’m having an issue clicking and dragging an unassigned appointment to an employee for a Project Service Order type.  I believe it’s because it’s needing a cost code for the Staff Assignment. Other issue in general, is the default cost code functionality doesn’t appear to be working.Any thoughts / suggestions / ideas? Thanks Sara

we are trying to get onto mobile for our field techs but we are running into issues with returning material. what is the process you are using to return unused material that was purchased for a service order on the mobile app?   We need to know what service order its for when we receive the credit note.  ideally it would be nice to use a PO to do this, but the system doesn’t allow you to create negative PO.

Hi we encounter some email replies did not feed into Acumatica so we did not receive the reply via Acumatica cases and we had to check back email. I’ve check the label/folders and it’s accurate.  This is how we set up the incoming emails, so it reads by the label via gmail, so the email replies did appear inside the label (root folder) but sometimes it doesn’t capture.so IKARISUPPORT has our emails when client replied support@ikari.sg This is the missed email, it does have our email support@ikari.sg How do we resolve this?

We have a multiple service contract schedules that needs to record on the system. We would like to achieve this using the import scenario. Couple of fields can be imported, however when we tried to import the scheduled on date for monthly and yearly frequency, it seems this field is not available for import. This schedule on is always default to Fixed Day of Month at 1st. We would like to all the schedule to be selected the Fixed Day of Week at a different day like every second of Thursday. Will that be possible? Thanks,

Hi, I’m trying to create a business event that creates AP bills relating to an appointment. The requirement is to create some AP bills automatically when an appointment is created. I’m trying to use the Create AP Bill action in the detail tab of the appointment form for the import scenario. However, I can’t find how to use this action in the import scenario. Could you anyone please help me with this?Or else do you see any way I can fulfill the requirement?Best Regards,Dulanjana
