Hi everyone, we are new org trying to setup MYOB Advanced, and while trying to integrate MYOB with our Azure AD for Single Sign On purpose, SSO is working fine. But, the pain point we are having is license assignment. If we do not assign the license, user can’t sign-in even their account is synced from Azure AD with their roles. and to assign the license, we need to manually add the user via ‘Add user from Active Directory’ option. This will be a whole manual task for adding all users one by one and assign the license to them. Is there any solution/workaround for it ? Does MYOB supports auto assignment of default license during SSO? Please help. Struggling with this. will be really appreciated.

Hi,To get our inventory transactions to have correct financial coding, we were told to:Set Project-Specific Inventory = True on the Enable / Disable Features (CS100000) form Activate all the warehouses on the Warehouses (IN204000) form (there already is a related bug for correcting this behaviour ) Initialize Stock on the Recalculate Project Balances (PM504000) formWith the feature enabled, the project keys are correctly filled in the inventory GL transactions and the corresponding PM transactions are generated as expected.During the change we also updated warehouse GL fields. However, transactions are erroring due to inventory going negative which is not true since we can see the inventory.Any leads would be greatly appreciated as always.Thank you,Dave Z

We have a custom field that we’ve added to a page and the client wants to make it required, but only require it based on the company they are in. So it would not be required if they are in Company A, Company B, or Company C but it would be required if they are in Company D. Is there an easy way to accomplish something like this?

Is it possible to exclude a non-stock item like Freight on the line of an AP Bill from inclusion in the cash discount calculation?

We have a report in Report Designer where the results are not matching up with the GI. The GI is called CRRelation. There is a LEFT JOIN with SOOrder.NoteID and CRRelation.RefNoteID. The GI in the attached document shows that the LEFT join works as all the data across the board matches. Using the same type of LEFT join in the Report Designer and following it through various stages (also shown in the attachment) shows that everything appears to be matched up. The issue is that in the Notes field, section listed at the bottom of the attachment, the CRRelation.TargetNoteID  and the CRRelation.Description are suppose to match the top picture in the attachment. I’ve even tried using, in the Report Designer filter, a filter for the TargetType to be Sales Order, and again, no joy. I have not linked the CROpportunity to any of this as I didn’t think it would be necessary in this case.

I have been hunting for the access right that would hide the attached image totals on purchase orders in the header for a view only user that we do not want to allow to see cost of material. I am having a hard time locating the correct access right for this to revoke. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

We ask customers to prepay for inventory items but not freight or tariffs.  Is there a way to include shipping on the Sales Order but not force the customer to pay for it till after delivery?

Is there a way to restrict users to only be able to edit activities created by them and not be able to edit ones created by colleagues i.e. you can only edit your own activities?

Acumatica and IMAPA few months back, IMAP stopped working, and I had to reconfigure the system email account set up in Acumatica to use POP3. We are using Acumatica version 2023 R1. Are there any issues I should know about with IMAP utilizing this version of Acumatica? If not, can anyone provide a link on how to properly set up IMAP to work with the 2023 R1 version of Acumatica? Thank you.

How do I clear out the voided payments still sitting in the bank reconciliation screen.

I’m getting a ‘Location’ can be found in the system when trying to import Proforma invoices. Any ideas as to why this is happening? See below:

We are two years into implementation with SWK Technologies and are still having basic errors like this pop up as we demo the system.  An error occurred during processing of the field Location value WARRANTY IN Error: Selected Location is not valid for receipts.

Hello,We are implementing Shiphawk WMS and having trouble with inventory adjustments.  Our stock items are valued as FIFO method, so I believe it is because the “Receipt Nbr” field in the IN303000 screen is not able to populate from Shiphawk.  Is there a workaround for this error so that we can make inventory adjustments from the WMS?

Hi All, I have got in total 6 companies and currently any user that log ins has access to all 6 of them.  I want users to only have visibility of the company they belong to and restrict access to any other company. I know I will need to create a role, but not sure what settings to change about the role under Access Rights by Role. Thanks in Advance.

We just updated our production instance to 24R2 over the weekend.I should have thought to check this, but we had a number of different Generic Inquires created by different users that didn’t have access rights set. Obviously, during the upgrade, all “Not Set” access rights were changed to “Delete”. There are about a dozen screens that I want to go through and set every role to “Revoked”,but we have a lot of user roles in the system. (Afterwards, I’ll manually grant access for roles that require it.)Is there any better way to do this than to manually go through every role for each screen? I would be very comfortable doing this via a database update, but I’ve tried finding the database table that stores this information with no success.

Hi! I have this starting table which is called usrInventoryItem which shows inventory levels in my warehouse and bin locations:I want to end up with the following view which essentially shows what is on hand (any warehouse locations not equal to Hold) and what is on hold (any warehouse locations equal to Hold):  How can I create this view in SQL?

I am trying to restrict the Attributes that show in the Attributes tab on the Project Entry screen. The Answers view on this graph is not a standard PXSelect.  The first two lines are from the original graph.I’ve tried using  public virtual IEnumerable answers() and  public virtual IEnumerable projectAnswers()but neither of those fire my view override.  I have a breakpoint on PXView currentView = Base.Answers.View; but it is never reached. //[PXViewName(Messages.ProjectAnswers)]//public TemplateAttributeList<PMProject> Answers;public virtual IEnumerable answers(){ PXView currentView = Base.Answers.View; //var view = new PXView(Base, false, myDetails.View.BqlSelect); //var startRow = PXView.StartRow; var startRow = 0; int totalRows = 0; foreach (object row in currentView.Select(PXView.Currents, PXView.Parameters, PXView.Searches, PXView.SortColumns, PXView.Descendings, PXView.Filters, ref startRow, PXView.MaximumRows, ref totalRows)) { CSAttributeGroup a
