Hi everyone,
Can anyone enlighten me what is the problem why is it when i create a dashboard for our HR manager using the the generic inquiry of Purchase Order Summary, the dashboard doesn’t have a content just a symbol of LOCK after all i set up the widget properties
Please see screenshot, we are currently using Acumatica 2023 R2

Hello,
Did you check if the HR Manager and/or the Widget designer has access rights to the Purchase Order Summary GI ?
If the users have rights to the Purchase Order Summary GI in some roles, but in one or more of their roles the user has is Denied rights to Purchase Order Summary GI, the Lock will appear.
