Wonder if anyone has started looking into the new Materials Management feature in the Construction edition and if so, any thoughts/feedback on it?It looks like it shows promise but we aren’t going to be using this in a typical construction scenario since we are focused on Custom Engineering projects and simpler/smaller types of transactions where we aren’t using hundreds of materials. Thank you.NOTE for Acumatica, please add a Tag for “Material Management” for posts.

I have an Acumatica instance with 16 tenants, and one of our requirements is to maintain a single set of supplier (vendor) master data that is shared across all tenants. The expectation is that a supplier and all its related information (locations, addresses, contacts, etc.) should be visible and remain consistent regardless of which tenant the user is working in.Our initial approach was to use Company Mask so that the supplier records could be shared across all tenants. This works well from a visibility perspective, but we have concerns about update operations.For example, assume the supplier record is physically owned by Tenant A (CompanyID = 2) and has a location with LocationID = 15. Because the record is shared using Company Mask, a user logged into Tenant B (CompanyID = 3) can open the supplier and edit the location details. However, when the update is performed, much of the Acumatica framework identifies records using the current tenant context together with the record key. Sinc

We are currently on 2022 R1, and plan on upgrading regularly. We were attempting to use Smartsheets for project management with Acumatica because of the built in integration. Smartsheets is no longer support, and was pretty far behind in capabilities. What project management programs integrate with Acumatica - we are Project Accounting only, NOT construction. Thanks!

Overview:In Acumatica, the standard behavior calculates and records Withholding Tax at the time of payment. However, for compliance with local statutory requirements (e.g., India), we are exploring whether it is possible to calculate and post Withholding Tax at the bill creation stage instead.Current System Behavior in Acumatica1. I'm building a Project Margin Summary Report in Acumatica 2026 R1.I have a Generic Inquiry that returns project task detail with estimated/actual labor, cost, revenue, profit, and margin.The remaining requirement is to reproduce our legacy management summary with these rows:Total Project  Process  Shop  Controls  Controls Labor  Controls Material The challenge is that a single task intentionally contributes to multiple rollups. For example:Task 815 contributes to:  Total Project  Controls  Controls Labor  Can this type of overlapping rollup be implemented entirely within a Generic Inquiry, or would Blytheco recommend another supported approach (such as Report Designer, an SQL view, a DAC projection, or another reporting method)?Our goal is to stay within supported Acumatica functionality and minimize future maintenance.

Hi, can someone please help me how to create a selector with 2 (All records, project codes) tabs like this This screen is in the Daily Field Report y the tab Equipment in the coumn cost code I was looking on the internet but I did not find an example. Additional.My project is a customization. The Screen id of reference is: PJ304000Thank you very much I will appreciate any help

Hi Team, through testing, we've confirmed:Delegation only works if the delegate is already listed as an authorized approver (in the Approval Map or Workgroup) for that step. Delegating to someone outside the map/workgroup has no effect - they can't see or act on the item, even though the delegation is saved. If a person is already a listed approver/workgroup member, they can approve on a colleague's behalf regardless of whether delegation was set up at all - simply because they're already authorized. This raises the question: what scenario is Delegation actually solving, if a Workgroup member doesn't need to be delegated to act, and a non-Workgroup member can't act even if delegated?Is Delegation intended for a narrower use case - for example, routing to a specific single person outside the group (rather than "any workgroup member"), or perhaps intended for approval maps that use a single named Employee approver (not Workgroup-based) so there's normally no built-in backup? Any clarific

When a user is created manually on the Users screen, entering login ID directly, with Generate Password checked, linking to an employee, assigning roles, and saving, the welcome email fires immediately and is logged in Activities.When a user is created using the "Add Active Directory User" button, following the same subsequent steps (link employee, assign roles, save), the welcome email does not fire. Is this expected/documented behavior, i.e., is the welcome email trigger tied specifically to system-generated password creation (which AD-linked users never get, since they authenticate via AD)? Or is there a setting/condition we're missing that would allow the email to fire for AD-imported users as well?We'd like the same welcome notification to go out to AD-imported user.

We are newly using 2025R2 AP incoming document recognition.  Am curious from other users if/when it learns the repeat invoice(s)?  We are finding it is not learning at all.  Each time you are having to map the missing fields.  We are likely going to abandon soon.

Looking for options on how to handle this scenario. I need a way to send an attachment that is sitting on a purchase order when PO moves to open status. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

I'm trying to make the Subaccount (SubID) field editable on the Journal Transactions screen (GL301000), regardless of the Batch Module (GL, AR, AP, etc.) or the Batch Status (Balanced, Released, etc.).My goal is to have the Subaccount field always enabled so that users can modify it.I first tried the following graph extension:using PX.Data;using PX.Objects.GL;namespace EnableSubaccount{ public class JournalEntry_Extension : PXGraphExtension<JournalEntry> { protected virtual void _(Events.RowSelected<GLTran> e, PXRowSelected del) { del?.Invoke(e.Cache, e.Args); if (e.Row == null) return; // Make the detail cache editable Base.GLTranModuleBatNbr.AllowUpdate = true; Base.GLTranModuleBatNbr.Cache.AllowUpdate = true; // Enable only the Subaccount field PXUIFieldAttribute.SetEnabled<GLTran.subID>( e.Cache, e.Row, true);

We're testing Workgroup-based approval routing (Company Tree, EP204061) as the Approver on an Approval Map (EP205015) so any member of a group can approve when the primary approver is unavailable. This works as expected in 2025 R1. We're migrating to 2026 R1 in ~3 months and want to confirm: has the Workgroup-as-Approver mechanic, or general Company Tree behavior, changed at all in 2026 R1? We're aware 2026 R1 adds new approval workflow support for Inventory Adjustments specifically - just want to confirm nothing changed for existing AP/PO/Expense approval maps already using Workgroups.Is there any recommended best-practice approach than this work group or org-chart approach?

This appears to be a bug unless someone can help explain what is happening (and possibly how to avoid) I am attempting to add a 2nd UOM for a group of items purchased from our default vendor. Typically we might buy an item in a 100 unit case but the default vendor offers the same item in a 200 unit case as well.  When I add the new UOM on the Vendors tab of the Stock Item and click save, the new UOM will be listed with the original one and only the old UOM will have the Default (for Vendor IsDefault) checkbox checked. However, if you refresh the page you will discover that neither row has the default checkbox selected!The item no longer has a default vendor?! How? and why?  If you try to add the new UOM from Vendor Inventory (PO201000), you get an error “An attempt was made to add a duplicate entry.” even though that page is capable of displaying and editing multiple entries Is there an easier way to load this data without removing default vendors from our items?

When I try to open my page in 26R1, I now get the following new error in the screen:An Error Occurred While Processing Your RequestThe Void CorrectShipment(PX.Objects.SO.SOOrderEntry, PX.Objects.SO.SOShipment, CorrectShipmentDelegate) method in the DeliveryTracking.SOShipmentEntryDeliveryTrackingExt graph extension is marked as [PXOverride], but its signature is not compatible with the original method. What changed between 24R2 and 26R1?  I looked in the Developer Release Notes but nothing was mention for CorrectShipment or SOShipmentEntry.Here’s my code:        [PXOverride]        public void CorrectShipment(SOOrderEntry docgraph, SOShipment shiporder, CorrectShipmentDelegate baseMethod)        {            DeliveryTrackingSOOrder ext = docgraph.GetExtension<DeliveryTrackingSOOrder>();            try            {                ext.skipDeliveryTrackingSubmitOnSave = true;                baseMethod(docgraph, shiporder);            }            finally            {

When multiple approvers are assigned to one step and any of the approvers can fully approve that step, then one of the approvers approves that step, the other approvers are typically unaware this has happened. If they also try to approve the same step, they receive a fairly cryptic message about being “not authorized”. It would be much better if the message returned told them the workflow step had already been approved. As is, it leads them to believe there is a permissions issue or some type of error happening.Has anyone found a good workaround for this? Obviously over time we can train the approvers to recognize the cryptic message and understand why they are getting it, but it would be better if the message was more clear/informative.Any other thoughts on this?Thanks,Mike

Hi Everyone,We're encountering a customer sync issue with the BigCommerce Commerce Connector.We use a single Generic Guest Customer Account in BC201000 to store guest customers. When a guest customer later registers as a standalone customer in BigCommerce, Acumatica attempts to create a new customer record but the sync fails with the following error:“ The Customer record with the same field or fields (user@email.com) in the ERP system has already been synchronized with another Customer record with external ID user@email.com.” We searched the BCSyncStatus table (using both a GI and the All Records tab) but found no mapping for the reported external ID. We also tried making the original guest location inactive and changing its email address, but the error persists. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Team,I am looking for the 26 R1 customization project, but I couldn't find it in the thread below either.Could someone please share the project or let me know where I can access it?

I created a GI that monitors SO Lines for items that are “Explodable” which are designated via an item attribute. I’m new to creating business events but I want an import scenario to run when new records are added to this GI. When the items are exploded the “Explodable” item is deleted from the sales order, thus not returning to the GI that monitors sales order lines. Do I have my business event set up correctly? I can’t seem to get it to fire.  XML AttachedThe import scenario itself operates as expected.

We have an issue where our team processed a production Move transaction for the incorrect qty. and work order closed. Finished goods is now overstated and raw/pack understated. What is the best way to return and deconstruct some of that product to reduce our FG and increase the Raw/Packs?

Hey, gang - I’m not able to link an Employee to a user and for the life of me I can’t figure out why.   The Employee is not selectable in the Linked Entity  The emails between the Employee profile and User profile are identical There is NO contact that the employee or user is linked to. There are other employees that have similar configuration (Class, Branch, Department, etc.) that have no issues linking. There IS a business account and vendor set up for this employee, but there is no meaningful link between the BA/Vendor and Employee other than the name.Any ideas on where else I need to look?

I work in a furniture business and looking at ways to reduce manual entry of Sales Orders. We have many small sized customers who do not have advance tech ability and often send their order either as a PDF attachment or in the body of an Email.  They are not too interested in EDI.  I’m looking for a system can read these PDF/emails as they are the same format each time and automatically import and create a SO.  Currently only found Artsyl but I’d like to review a few.Does anyone use a system like this already?  I am very interested in you experiences and suggestions.Thanks

I’ve used some of the samples for conditional formatting based on values, and I think I’m missing some small bit.I’ve added the code below.On the first field, referencing the custom field, it will always return “false”. That field is in the extended “CROpportunityHeader” which is the class for the view “Opportunity”. Slightly interesting point, if I intentionally misspell the custom field name it does the same thing, leading to believe that I need to do something to indicate it’s in a DAC Extension.On the second colored field, when I reference “CuryAmount” rather than the custom field it seems to works as expected.template>   <style>    [data-has-value="true"] input {    background-color: #d4edda !important;    color: #155724 !important;    }    [data-has-value="false"] input {    background-color: #2bb14a !important;    color: #155724 !important;    }     [data-rating="green"] input {        background-color: #155724 !important;    }    [data-rating="red"] input {        back

Is there a way to have an option on the Sales Order screen to print a copy of a Sales Order without any pricing? There are times when we may have an order that we have to give to an employee and we do not want any pricing printed on the SO. It would be nice to have an option called “Print Order - No Prices” as a menu option from within the Sales Order screen. Thank you!

I’m a wholesale distributor with my own fleet of delivery trucks and daily delivery routes. Is there a way in Acumatica to sequence individual shipments so they appear on the Truck Manifest IN THE SAME ORDER in which they would be delivered? OR since the Manifest is generated from a Picking Worksheet, is there a way to sequence shipments on the Picking Worksheet? Thanks.Mike PetersSanico, Inc.

We have a large customer that places multiple orders per week. Since the customer has central receiving we think it will make the most sense to create a bulk Batch Pick List for picking purposes. However, the delivery route that services this customer INCLUDES SHIPMENTS FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS as well. These “other orders” would be on a separate Pick List, and hence a different Picking Worksheet and Truck Manifest.In this scenario, Is there a way for us to create a Batch Pick List from one set of shipments for picking and then re-create another Pick List to include the batched shipments with the shipments for other customers? Or, can separate Worksheet #’s be combined into one Truck Manifest? I’d rather not have our drivers have to carry two separate manifests. THanks.mikeSanico, Inc.
