Unable to Link User to Employee

Hey, gang - I’m not able to link an Employee to a user and for the life of me I can’t figure out why.   

  • The Employee is not selectable in the Linked Entity 
  • The emails between the Employee profile and User profile are identical
  • There is NO contact that the employee or user is linked to.
  • There are other employees that have similar configuration (Class, Branch, Department, etc.) that have no issues linking.
  • There IS a business account and vendor set up for this employee, but there is no meaningful link between the BA/Vendor and Employee other than the name.

Any ideas on where else I need to look?

​@nickcerri32 Can you please try delete and create that Employee again.

I had a same issue in past but I was doing this action and that worked for me.

Also, try to remove that user type and add employee.

I had a same issue in past but I was doing this action and that worked for me.

Also, try to remove that user type and add employee.
