I need help to add a new column in the AP301000 Transaction Details grid. Column Name: PCV Number

I want to join the tables together to have the following information: Customer | Project | Type Activities 1 customer can have multiple projects, and 1 project can have multiple activities. Activities are associated with both Customer and Project.  That means my table Activities must contain 2 primary keys, the customer ID and the project ID.  I found the CRPMTimeActivity DAG table that meets the conditions, but I can only see it in the generic inquiry and not in the database. The report I constructed is based on a complex logic involving three tables: Activity, Project (PMProject), and BAccount, so I need to process data in SQL Server before uploading it into Acumatica to create a new DAC. I just saw CRActivity, but in this one, I didn’t have a Project ID, so it caused duplication when I tried to join the project table (PMProject) with CRActivity. Because CRActivity has no ProjectID (ContractID).  Does it have any other name to call in the database or what can I do or will you update i

Has anyone used IN or BelongsTo?  I’ve tried both in this format and returning no results.

We have modified the Project WIP Detail Report to 1. be less information and 2. to have the Period Costs linked to the Project Transaction Details page that when clicked on, will bring up the transactions associated with the Cost Code. However, it does not filter them the same period as the report and instead, just provides us with all the transactions within that cost code. Is there a way to add a filter within Report Designer to make it so this hyperlink shows only the transactions that are being referenced in the report for the period selected? Thanks!

Is it possible to rename a web service endpoint without recreating it?I attempted to export the endpoint in a customization, modify the name in the XML, and upload the customization, but the customization screen errors on upload with “Error during file upload: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.” Any suggestions?

I updated our current pricing in through a sales price worksheet.  When creating a sales order the price is correct however, when we create an opportunity the pricing is not updated.  How can we resolve?

Hi,I have added user-defined fields to the Sales Order (SO) screen. In our client’s business process, user create BL order type Sales Orders, and if the user enters values into these user-defined fields, they should be copied to the child orders linked to the BL order without duplicating the data insert work. Kindly help me to fullful this requirement.Thanks/Prasad

is there a PO line limit in Acumatica, as i wanted to add thousand lines in there.

Hi everyone,I have item1 at location A and B.A has 100 pcs. It is the primary location and where most orders are picked from.B has 1000 pcs. B is considered a overflow location, but sales are also allowed from this location. If I get a big order for 1000 of these pcs, could Acumatica just tell me to take 1000 pcs from B and 0 from A. What it wants to do now is take 100 from A and 900 from B. Then we would need to transfer the remaining 100 to A to maintain primary location stock.

I have had some email accounts set up in the system for a while using OAuth with each email account using its own external application connecting the Acumatica instance to our Entra ID tenant. Soon we will need to set up business events to send email notifications out to users and so far they haven’t been sending the emails out. I’m not sure if it’s my email account configuration or my business event/automation schedule configuration. The only thing I’m not sure of that could be causing a problem on the email side is that I wasn’t sure if I needed to sign into the external applications using a 365 global admin account or a 365 user account and the same for signing into the email accounts.

Create Shipment import scenario was working in 23R1 but gets an error in 24R1. The error message is “Another process has added the 'SOShipmentCarrierData' record. Your changes will be lost.” The Add Order function works in the UI but I have tried everything to get an import scenario to work to no avail. Here is what my current scenario looks like: Any Ideas would be appreciated.

Hi Team,The issue is that they are trying to create a service order from schedule #FSC00036400. By using the following screen:

Hello all,Is it possible to display all the projects irrespective of the statuses in the payments and applications form?

After pushing images from acumatica to Shopify, I deleted the image in shopify to test a re-sync. It failed to push out the image and gives me the following.   After that I can’t get the images to resynch correctly even with a full prepare and process. It there a way correct this? also how are others managing multiple images with matrix items and variants?

When trying to hit the ‘+’ button on Vendors screen, a pop-up with following error message comes up:Error: [DiscTakenSubID] '00000 ' cannot be found in the system. Please verify whether you have proper access rights to this object.Don’t know what that means. If anybody knows anything about it, or anything similar, please reach out. Thanks

Hi all,I have searched high and low for this but cant seem to find an answer. Is it possible for a direct vendor return without the item returning back into our warehouseHere is the scenarioCustomer orders item, item is fault, vendor says they will pick it up from the customer, I will credit the customer and the vendor will credit meIt appears to me that I can only create a customer return to bring it back into stock and then a purchase return to send it back to the vendor so the item does look like it was returned to my warehouse at some point when it was not

hello, i'm trying to implement the authentication, i want to check the feasibility of connecting an angular client to acumatica if is possible i want to get solution.Best regards.

I’m currently upgrading to 21r2. I have a business need for a warehouse restocking report. This is different than a replenishment or purchasing report. My goal is to make it so a warehouse picker never arrives at an empty Default Issue From location because it’s already been refilled by restocker. FIFO must be factored, when applicable.Consider an example Inventory ID `12345` that is Lot Tracked with a FIFO issue method. This item is stored in 4 different locations within a single warehouse:Location IDs for `12345`:——————PRIMARYPICK — Default Issue From location (this is where we pick from)STORAGE1 — Lot #3 (newest inventory)STORAGE2 — Lot #2 (older inventory)STORAGE3 — Lot #1 (oldest inventory)I need a report (or generic inquiry) to tell my restockers to refill the PRIMARYPICK for `12345` *before* the inventory runs out. It needs to direct them to the correct Location ID that should be used for restocking the PRIMARYPICK. In the example above, this would be STORAGE3 because it’s the ol

After getting our hands on AP Documents from PDFs: Detail Mapping, we may have made some small progress with the OCR on our invoices.  However, we are stuck on one quirk. Regarding detail lines:When we are in the mapping mode, we can not select part of a column.  When we are NOT in mapping mode, we can select part of a column.  None of what we do manually (not mapping) is learned, so we are trying just mapping corrections to the invoices.  We have a great many vendors that combine the item and description in the same column with indentation, perhaps.  Having just caught that ONLY THE HEADER IS LEARNING, which is unreliable for us, should we forget this functionality until the AI is “more globally applied”?  I can not fathom how you AI half of a document/process.  I will also take suggestions as to how I pass that specific piece of information on, diplomatically.  😂I did upvote the request to complete the AI application to the entire process.2024-R2

Hello,When we have migrated the fixed assets and when we run depreciation for the next first period, system will look at the asset from the acquisition date and calculate any over/under depreciation. Is there any way that we can depreciate asset from the migration date without doing over/under adjustment by the system for the fist period after migration? Simply system needs to run depreciation without considering over/under depreciation adjustments.Thank you,Dulanjana

Hello,We recently started using the Automation (Pick, Pack, and Ship) process in Acumatica. We’ve noticed that it automatically updates the inventory (Update IN) after the shipment is packed. At that point, the shipment record becomes locked, and we’re unable to make any changes if corrections are needed. Is there a setting in Acumatica to disable this automatic inventory update, or is this the system’s standard behavior once a shipment is processed through the automation workflow?Thank you in advance for your guidance.

Hi Team,I modified the Purchase Order report by adding Terms and Conditions in the footer. The report is working, but when I set the localization to Canada, the modifications are not displayed. I want all modifications to be visible when the localization is set to Canada. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Hi, I was just wondering if it is possible to add conditional formatting on the P&L report, so for example, if the variance % between budget and amount is greater than 10%, I want the cell to be highlighted yellow. Is this possible?

Hi everyone,I'm currently setting up Authorize.Net sandbox integration in Acumatica (on a local demo environment), and I’m encountering the following error when testing credentials:AR Error: Credit card processing error. Processing Center Error: Exception: E00007: User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values. I followed the setup steps for the Authorize.Net API Plug-in under Processing Centers:All the values were copied directly from the API Credentials & Keys section in my Authorize.Net sandbox account (see screenshots below for reference).I lack any procedural steps or errors in the configuration ? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance
