When trying to hit the ‘+’ button on Vendors screen, a pop-up with following error message comes up:
Error: [DiscTakenSubID] '00000 ' cannot be found in the system. Please verify whether you have proper access rights to this object.
Don’t know what that means. If anybody knows anything about it, or anything similar, please reach out.

This would mean there is an incorrect subaccount indicated on the GL Accounts tab of the Vendor. You need to correct this in order to save the Vendor record.
