Hi, attached is a customized Production Ticket. Currently, it’s only picking up the first row. How do I show each line with Quantity and Lot/Serial Nbr.? I’ve added those 2 fields in group1 of the already, but that didn’t work. Thanks for your help! This is the production order in the UIThis is the section when printed where it only pulls first row dataAlso, how do I make the RuntimeTable subreport disappear if Operation run time is 0? I tried adding a visible expression in the main report =IIf([AMProdOper.RunUnitTime]<>'0 h 00 m') but it doesn’t work.

Variance Amount columns for example only display in Classic UI

I have my subreport built and ready to attach to my project and sales quotes.  This subreport is purely terms and conditions and should print on the back (2nd page) of all sales quotes and project quotes.  I am having trouble getting the subreport into the CR604500 and PM604500 reports in the proper place in order for it to print on all quotes.  I have followed help from AI and Acumatica and still don’t seem to be able to get the report where is needs to be.

I was trying to test out the new capabilities of sending multiple documents in one email and it created multiple emails instead of one.  I didn’t have an email template so that might be the issue, however I get an error when I created and attached a template. After attaching the template, I get an error “There is no active notification source to process the operation”.I had both check boxes clicked, Send documents in One Email and Combine Into One file.  I looked at enable/disable features and I didn’t see anything that specifically said Print/Email Sales (or Project) Quotes form.  I also noticed the date range doesn't do anything. I didn’t see invoices and quotes on any of the same screens so not sure how this works entirely.  The release notes states “Good news for sales and project managers: You no longer need to send multiple invoices, quotes, and orders one by one to a customer or prospect. In Acumatica ERP 2025 R2, you can attach multiple documents to one email for each customer—

We have process request to create a spit shipment (new shipment confirmation) from the shipment confirmation lines when needed.  Is this possible?

Our client is using CRM for quoting and then they convert to a Sales order.  Wondering if anyone knows how to define the relations on the SALES ORDER RPX to get the CRM Quote number to appear on the document. I am able to link to the BAccount but not the specific sales order number, using the CRRelations

Hi AllI have a PCS Deployment of Acumatica currently on 25R1.Recently we have implemented MS Purview Data Sensitivity Labels within our company. We set documents labelled Internal and higher to be encrypted. The issue now comes when trying to upload data from an Excel to Acumatica, if the document is labelled as internal, an error shows saying Acumatica cannot read this file. If the label is changed to public which has no encyption applied, it uploads fine.Has anyone ever encountered this? Is there a possibiltiy for a solution, please?ThanksAmit

Hello  I am customizing the Pay Bills screen and overriding the apdocumentlist delegate. My requirement is:When a specific Payment Method is selected Only show AP Bills whose corresponding invoice in an external system has status Pending  The external invoice ID is already stored on APInvoice in a custom field such as UsrExternalInvoiceId I cannot store the external invoice status on APInvoice or in another database tableMy current view override is similar to: public delegate IEnumerable APDocumentListDelegate();[PXOverride]public IEnumerable apdocumentlist(APDocumentListDelegate baseMethod){ IEnumerable baseResult = baseMethod(); PayBillsFilter filter = Base.Filter.Current; if (filter == null || !string.Equals( filter.PayTypeID, ExternalPaymentMethodID, StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase)) { return baseResult; } var filtered = new PXDelegateResult(); foreach (object row in baseResult) { if (invoice == null)

We recently upgraded to 2026 R1 and started seeing an issue with credit card pre-authorizations.When a pre-authorization fails, Acumatica still marks the Prepayment Requirement as Satisfied, which allows the order to move forward to shipping. Before the upgrade, failed pre-auth orders stayed in Awaiting Payment status and did not proceed to shipment. We use REPAY, and they confirmed that this appears to be an Acumatica issue.Has anyone experienced this after upgrading to 2026 R1?

Hi! We have a customized table that holds historical sales order data. The goal is to create a GI that displays the historical SO data and current live SO data, where the doc id will show in the same column. Is this something possible to create? I’ve tried joining the DAC with business account ID field, but because the document number on the historical table is ‘DocID,’ and on the SOOrder it’s ‘orderNbr.’ the two fields show up in two different columns instead in the same column.Any suggestions/ideas on if this can be done? Thanks!

I'm facing an issue with Acumatica 2026 R1 (Build 26.100.0175) while implementing hyperlink navigation in a custom Modern UI screen.ScenarioI have a custom screen generated using the Modern UI Generator. The OrderNbr column is displayed as a hyperlink using @linkCommand. @linkCommand("OrderSO")@columnConfig({    width: 250})OrderNbr: PXFieldState<PXFieldOptions.CommitChanges>; public PXAction<TSSOHistoricalData> OrderSO;[PXButton(CommitChanges = true)][PXUIField(DisplayName = "Order SO",    MapEnableRights = PXCacheRights.Select,    MapViewRights = PXCacheRights.Select,    Visible = false)]protected virtual IEnumerable orderSO(PXAdapter adapter){    Dictionary<string, string> parameters = new Dictionary<string, string>    {        { "OrderNbr", DetailsView.Current.OrderNbr }    };    throw new PXRedirectToGIRequiredException("OrderSOGITest", parameters)    {        Mode = PXBaseRedirectException.WindowMode.Layer    };}works fine in Classic UI facing issue in Mod

Hi all,Does anyone know how to display custom fields from the Classic UI after converting a screen to Modern UI in Acumatica 2026 R1?I have existing custom fields that were working correctly in the Classic UI. After converting the screen to Modern UI, the custom fields are no longer displayed.I have tried several approaches, including Screen Configuration, but I still cannot get all of the custom fields to appear.Has anyone faced this issue in Acumatica 2026 R1 and can advise on the correct way to migrate/expose existing Classic UI custom fields in Modern UI?Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.Regards,Lalith

Hi,I have a client that presist that “Pending Invoice Amount” was incorrectly calculated before/after completing project.I have advised with offcial exaplanation Acumatica is that “If the line is billed based on amount, you specify this value manually” & advised this is manually editable.Could there be any other explanation for this behavior?

Good Day.  I am trying to import multiple Purchase Orders with multiple lines.  The creation of the Purchase Order should use the GL setup as is on the Item record.  This just doesn’t want to work

for look up fields in modern UI 2025R2 such as Projects or Vendor, when clicked a pop-up displays instead of a new tab. Is there a way to change this or just to have the pop up expand the full screen? Users currently have to hit expand every time.

As the title says we changed our budget layout a year later.  We reclassified many transactions through the Reclassify Transactions process screen.  Worked great for the Cost Budget but then noticed that in the Revenue Budget everything put through already appears to be a negative:  On an old tab I noticed that the Reclassification screen was still loaded with transactions I didn’t reclassify (because they didn’t add with the Cost Budget #’s I was looking for).  However on one line in the Revenue Budget it’s value for Actual Amount was the exact same as the 2 transactions showing that I didn’t reclassify.  Little confused here. This is going to seriously mess up our AIA report.  I reversed all 80 of the GL reclassifications I did believing that would fix the Revenue Budget; however it did not.Any help would be greatly appreciated; not sure what I did wrong nor how to fix it.

We have some items which we can stock ourselves or drop-ship to customers. When these items are drop-shipped, we would like to be able to change the Sales and COGS accounts to our drop shipping accounts. While we can change the sales account on the Sales Order for these items, we cannot find a location to overwrite the COGS account from the Purchase Order side of the process. It seems entirely driven by the Stock Items’ Posting Class, which is set to be the usual accounts as drop ship orders for these items are uncommon. Is there a way to specify the account of items on a Purchase Order/Receipt like there is on a Sales Order?

Hi everyone,I have a specific functionality implemented in one Acumatica Customization Project. Now, in another Customization Project, I need to reuse some of the functionality and DAC fields that were introduced in the first customization. What would be the recommended approach for this scenario?I would appreciate any recommendations or best practices for structuring customizations in this case. Thanks!

Hello,The “prepare tax report” and “release tax report” are showing different figures for the same entity and same period. Have anyone experienced this before?

Hi All,I need assistance with below:For one our clients, with regards to subaccount restrictions, we have already set and implemented the GL Account to subaccount pairing restrictions (through the GL Account Access) screen, and that works fine. Our subaccounts string are designed in such manner that they include ‘department’ segment specifications (as can be seen below first screenshot for the ENGINEERING department). So, now we want to restrict further using the ‘department segment’ in the subaccount string, such that when a User selects a DEPARTEMNT in the Requests screen (see 2nd screenshot), then on the subaccount column in the detail line, only subaccounts with the ‘ENG’ (Engineering) should show for the user to choose among them (i.e., automatically filter the subaccounts on the line by the department selected at the top). Is it possible to configure such restriction groups without using the GL Account itself/ the users themselves, through standard acumatica configuration?I have b

I'm setting up my first import scenario for cash transactions (CS.20.40.00). While I've successfully set up the provider and provider object, I'm encountering issues in the mapping section. The test import file prepares the lines perfectly, but the actual import returns multiple errors—here's the latest one. Could someone please share a screenshot of their scenario so I can compare and see where I am going wrong?

Good afternoon, We recently upgraded from 25R1 to 25R2, and upon trying to create the LLM connection through Anthropic for Claude, we are getting the following error when trying to test the connection:“The max_completion_tokens parameter has an invalid value. Specify the correct value for this parameter on the LLM Connection form.”  Has anyone else experienced this error and is there a solution to fix it there is no field on the LLM Connection form.  Our partner did ask Acumatica about it, but their response leaves a lot to desire and provides no solution.
