I need to make the base currency to MYR currency, but the problem is I cannot make the MYR currency rate equal to GL date. As you can see. the cury effective rate is in 2021 while the GL is on 2026.

To answer your report question, first verify current exchange rates exist in your tenant *for every day* you are trying to report.
Then try joining transaction tables to currency tables by Date and Currency ID, such as GLTran.TranDate = CurrencyInfo.Currency Effective Date.
I’d like to understand your goal with the above report. If you are translating GL account balances, I recommend using Translation Definition and Translation Worksheets features of Acumatica.
