Adding Subreport to Project and Sales Quotes that is terms and conditions

I have my subreport built and ready to attach to my project and sales quotes.  This subreport is purely terms and conditions and should print on the back (2nd page) of all sales quotes and project quotes.  I am having trouble getting the subreport into the CR604500 and PM604500 reports in the proper place in order for it to print on all quotes.  I have followed help from AI and Acumatica and still don’t seem to be able to get the report where is needs to be.
