Hi Acumatica! Can anyone share a GI with Budget amounts by subaccount X period X GL account?Actual amounts would be great too. Thank you!!

Hi,I think I saw something in the Australian MYOB version of Acumatica that kind of does this but I can’t for the life of me see anywhere in the NA version Acumatica version to be able to say that an item has a shelf life of 90 days lets say for example. Is there anything in the system to do that so that expiry date on a lot does not need to be set manually? Andrew

Anybody know  why this parameter would not be showing at all on report screen. I dont have the report fully built yet but the date parameter is showing just fine. I have double checked permissions and that is not a problem.

On a scheduled basis we need to send reports to each vendor of their open orders and pricing/lead time updates..  Only selected vendors will get the reports and the reports will only have their data.  Is there a simple way to do this with having to create a report template and automation schedule for each vendor?  There are 2 different list of vendors for 2 different reports and each has 60-75 vendors.

Has anyone had success using the Acumatica add-in with Outlook web version? It works great in the desktop Outlook, but haven’t had success in web version. A year ago I installed it and signed in, but could never get it to do anything. Now when reinstalling I can’t even sign in, just spins. The company I’m assisting has many employees that don’t have license to have Outlook installed, so they use web. Any insight appreciated!

I create new report and change default report, and add by Report designer->Save report to the server.

Can Acumatica support the overlap display of two trend line graphs? Or more specifically, is there a way to achieve the following effect: displaying two lines of different colors on a single graph. Line 1 represents the monthly sales data of 2024, and Line 2 represents the monthly sales data of 2025.    Like below, I already have 2 separate graphs, can it be shown on 1?

What are the numbering rules so that changes are not lost when updating acumatica version ?

Is it possible to export the commodity Code to the shopify store? It is the shopify plus store. What is the correct external object and external field for that information?

Hello,I have set up a report. When the user selects an inventory ID or item class, it will return results like: item ID and its picture. It’s similar to a sales catalog.     But now, the user has a new need: they want to be able to input several inventory IDs (which might belong to different item classes) and still get the same report.      Can this be done?  Or do we have multiple inventory selectors?

Hi Everyone,I need your help with something. Has anyone here worked on the AR Batch Payments Export scenario before? If so, could you please share the Export Scenario file or any related details that might help me set it up?I’d really appreciate your assistance. Thanks in advance!

Yesterday, we had severe performance issues due to multiple running processes on a single user (import orders) that didn’t stop until we manually killed the processes:Here’s the task that I want to implement on processes that have run longer than a minute or two:Is there anything I can call in the RESTAPI to achieve this? Thanks,Brian

Hello, I am receiving the following error when trying to create an AP Bill from a Subcontract. The subcontract is open, not complete.   “PO Error: There are no lines in this document that may be entered in AP Bill Document directly”

I am unable to alter the default GL account for line items in a QUOT order type. If i then copy and paste this over to a new order type obviously it stays the same account number. I need the account number to match to the mapped GL for the inventory ID. Does anyone know how to fix this or have any experience with this. I want it to default to Sales account from inventory item not from the customer info.

Hi,  I’m running into an issue, where on Shopify Avalara will charge a “special tax”, but Acumatica doesn’t recognize it.  Screenshot from Shopify

Hi All,I am trying to build an import scenario that will create external user login (Guest accounts) for all of the contacts for each customer record.  I have a user type “unrestricted external user” and it has a linked entity to the contact record.I have created my EXCEL/CSV data provider with the Account ID, associated contacts with their email address, and the contact id (I attached some sample data that I scrubbed with fake data). When I try to execute it, I get an error...4 items have not been processed successfully. View name: UserList.I really have no clue on how to do this lol. Can anyone help me?  I have about 1500 accounts to make in just a couple of days and am totally stuck.Thank you!

Hi Acumatica CommunityIs this possible in Acumatica Dashboards.

Hello - I am trying to create a Project Balance GI and link in the PO associated for each transaction line, but it seems to just create duplicate lines. Below are the tables I have joined now that seem to work. Does anyone know how I can also pull in PO without having it duplicate?

I am trying to import a SO with multiple lines. Currently the SO is being created with the multiple lines. However, if I have more than 1 SO on the CSV file to import, the import puts all the lines on one SO instead of each SO having their own lines. There was a suggestion to use 1,2,3 to enable the import to create individual SOs with the lines for each, However, I am doing that, but all the lines are still being created on one SO. See the attached Import Scenario and CSV file. What do I need to change to fix this issue?

Hey Guys, Whats a low code way to prevent save unless CuryPremiumFreightCost > 0 where an SO or QT order type CuryVatTaxableTotal >$5000. Cheers,
