How to use a list of inventoryID as parameters to run a report?

Hello,I have set up a report. When the user selects an inventory ID or item class, it will return results like: item ID and its picture. It’s similar to a sales catalog.

But now, the user has a new need: they want to be able to input several inventory IDs (which might belong to different item classes) and still get the same report.
Can this be done?  Or do we have multiple inventory selectors?

@lauraj46 @darylbowman  Thank you for your ideas.
To whom also interested in this topic, I have thought of a “Smart” move.

For example, I created a dedicated “Quote”, and I join the SOLine with inventoryID on where OrderNbr=’QT123’.   Any time, if you user want to get a list of results by inventory ID. He could upload an excel of inventory ids on the SO entry screen of that Quote.

In this way, the user could get what he want.

I don't know of an elegant way to do this, if that's what you're asking.

Hi @ray20 ,

Agree with @darylbowman.  You could create multiple inventory parameters and combine them with an OR operation in the filters, however the number of selections would be finite.

I have not tried this trick in report designer, it sure works on a GI.
