Has anyone had success using the Acumatica add-in with Outlook web version? It works great in the desktop Outlook, but haven’t had success in web version. A year ago I installed it and signed in, but could never get it to do anything. Now when reinstalling I can’t even sign in, just spins.

The company I’m assisting has many employees that don’t have license to have Outlook installed, so they use web. Any insight appreciated!

I submitted a support case with Acumatica. They made a change to the web.config, and the add-in now works in Outlook web.

Hello,

Is this a change that has to be requested by anyone with the issue?  Currently experiencing the same exact thing when trying to use the add-in on the web.

@bigred1022 That was my impression. I would recommend submitting a support case with Acumatica or asking your VAR.
