While create an external application with google account. Expiry date is automatically default to Current date. How to change the expiry date of an email account.

​@bcoutermash09 need to process the Refresh Application access token SM501000. Also, this can be automated.

Hi ​@ranjithduraisamy72 how often should you be refreshing the application access token? For Microsoft email, the client ID and Client Secret show expire in 2027, but after refreshing the token in Acumatica, the expire date in Acumatica still shows today’s date. Any thoughts? Thanks!
