Mobile app not pulling data correctly??

In the mobile app for 1 client the SO page is displayed differently than my others. The SO nbr itself isn’t displayed, so when my client has to find a SO by it’s Nbr he has to do a universal search. He said it wasn’t like this a week ago. I noticed there was an update to the iOS app about a week ago. Has anyone else seen anything like this? I’ve tried to find differences in customs with other clients, and can’t. This client is on the latest version of Acumatica.


Also a suggestion, a separate category for mobile apps?

We have not seen reports about this behavior after iOS upgrade.

Do you have a Customization Project on that SO screen? If so, one quick way to test if issue is related to a Customization Project, you could unpublish your Customization(s) that modify the SO screen and test again. ( you may consider doing this on a dev/sandbox instance first).

Please note that if you confirmed that the issue is not related to Customization Projects, then please create a Support case so Acumatica can review this behavior into more details.
