Is it possible to get non stock item details to be shown on the sales order report in Acumatica, for now they only contribute to showing the order total in the report but is it possible to show this information as well?

lines 2 and 3 are required to be shown in report

Hi @TharidhiP  It seems you have used the custom tables in this report hence unable to work with the above provided report.

Hi @TharidhiP  Yes, it is possible to show the Non Stock details in report.

For your reference, default Acumatica Sales Order report is already showing the Non-Stock item details on the report.

Here is the screenshot for your reference.

Hi @Naveen B I have customized the report with additional joins, could that be the reason why non-stock items are not seen?

@TharidhiP Its a out of box feature to display in the Sales Order report.

If you are talking about shipment screen then you need to select “Require shipment” for the item in the Non-stockitem screen. Which will show both in the screen and report as well.

Happy coding!
