We have 20 clients on MySQL (2019R2) which we plan to migrate to MS-SQL (2021R1)

What are the requirements for such migration exercise?

What would be the best practice in doing so?

Was looking at 2 options,i.e :

  1. Migrate DB from MySQL to MSSQL or
  2. Snapshot

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @saiful murad

There is no specific recommendation from Acumatica for such migration. You may chose an approach that is more convenient for you. Snapshots may be convenient if tenant data size is small. If tenant data size is large, you can refer to following articles if you prefer to use snapshots approach.

Hope this helps,

Regards,
