Creating a GI with SOInvoice.DocType and SOInvoice.RefNbr as parameters does not provide a lookup for invoice number.  If I use ARInvoice, there is a lookup but it excludes invoices for which the SOInvoice has not been released.

@dgodsill97 I’m not quite sure this is the intention of the SOInvoice table, it’s kind of a bridge between SOOrder and ARInvoice, is there a reason neither of these tables could be used instead?

ARInvoice lookup does not show SO Invoices that have not been released.  If you go to AR Invoices and Memos you cannot find this invoices. They want to be able to look up an invoice and see all the AR Tran details.  This is an inquiry they had in GP and they want it in Acumatica.  90% of their orders are drop shipped so using the shipment as a lookup would not work.

@dgodsill97 You can just use SOOrder and then use conditions to only allow whichever status you want to see, does this work?

I will run by the client.  One twist is they ship every day but only invoice some customers at month end so using SO Orders that have been shipped might be better. Thanks,

Because they combine invoices from shipments, they need to be able look up an invoice to see what was shipped.  They can use the search box to find the invoice since the lookup is not available.  I may remove the parameters since they are useless.
