We are just moving from our old system to Acumatica. In our old system we have an email that is sent automatically a week after a shipment has been sent.
We have a shipment confirmation automatic email notification going out when the status changes to shipped. Is there any way in Acumatica to trigger a subsequent email x days after that email?

You could start by setting up a Notification Template then set up a business event and trigger it by schedule.

This looks like it’ll do the job. I had been unable to find where to set the schedules and had decided maybe it just wasn’t possible but after your reply I dug a bit deeper and realised I need to have a Business Event that uses a GI that identifies the relevant records. From my understanding I can have a GI that identifies relevant records (ones that have a shipping date x days before Now()) and with a schedule that checks the GI once a day that should work for us.
