How do you get a PO status to say closed when you end up returning all items and canceling the PO?

Hi @CAMORRISON  The only way that it will say Closed is if you do another receipt against the PO. All of the lines of the order need to be received and billed for this to happen. You can Complete the PO, by going to Actions > Complete Order. 


What if we did not receive the lines on the PO because they were returned and no longer needed?


@CAMORRISON  You could Cancel the PO if you no longer need the items. If they are returned to the vendor, you would do a return. Neither of these options will Close the PO however. They will either cancel it or you can complete the PO.
