is it possible to automatically show approved PTO from the Acumatica payroll module in the service calendar boards so that appointments are not set when techs are out on PTO?

Leave management is not supported by Acumatica Payroll, meaning there is no such feature that allows requesting and approving PTO.

You can set up required unavailability of the staff on the Staff Schedule Rules ( FS202001) and this time won’t be shown as available on the  calendar board.
