I think my issue is that the set up was different back when this transaction was done (December).
Are moves able to be reversed?

No, they can not be reversed.
Can a move (or another transaction) be done to reverse the affects of a move?
Or am I going to have to put in a ticket to get this taken out?

It does not allow you to do a reverse move with that batch number once it has been used.
You could put a support ticket in to see if they have a better solution.
