Navigation Issue: Invoice report in contracts

Hi, good day!

Did anyone encountered that when you print the invoice from the AR History of the customer contracts, it will not automatically show the report but will redirect you to this:

 

Any help and shared ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi ​@materessapasion34 ,

This sounds like a known Issue on redirects from certain browser versions.  You might try in a different browser.

Hi, we are on 2025R1 and this has only started becoming a problem within the last week or so. Our users are using Edge, not Chrome, so it doesn’t appear to be a Chrome-specific issue.
