Two employee paystubs out of the entire company will not print with the rest. They used to print along with all the other paystubs but after a system update in February, they stopped.

Issue description

 

If a user printed pay stubs or opened them by using the Display Pay Stubs command on the Payment Batches (PR305000) form, some employees could be missing in the resulting report.

 

Root cause

 

This is a known issue for the following builds of Acumatica ERP:

  • 2024 R1 Update 5 (24.105.0036)  and earlier
  • 2023 R2 Update 9 (23.209.0023) and later

 

Solution

 

To fix documents affected by the issue, contact your Acumatica support provider to receive the corrective script and any assistance with running it.

Update to the Acumatica ERP 2024 R1 Update 6 (24.106.0018) or later.

 

Workaround

 

As a workaround, generate pay stubs by clicking Print Pay Stub on the Paychecks and Adjustments (PR302000) form.
