Hello all,

I would like to know if it is possible to move the appointment that has an incorrect service order linked to a correct one.

Thanks in advance.

@Harry The short answer is you cannot. you will need to get rid of the wrong one and create one in the correct Service Order. Appointment numbering and key fields are tied to the Service Orders and you can’t really update the Key Fields.

Hey @aaghaei , what I found is, a user can unclose/reopen the appointment order & then cancel it. If there are any bills.invoices created they need to be reversed. & once canceled, they can copy the order, & create a new one by pasting & selecting the correct service order no.
