Good day team,

I created the import scenario below to grant my client access to select a debit adjusment and on the checks and payments screen, be able to assign a specific bill that will be provided on the import scenario and by adding the type, refnbr and amount paid, I am trying to make it where they just need to run the import scenario and the debit adjusment will be applied and released. But I keep getting an error

The Release button is disabled., can someone help me to identify what error I have?

Thank you so much.

Hello Martin,

Applying Debit Adjustments is similar to the Acumatica-supplied import scenario shown below.

In place of Line Details, please try Target Object Documents to Apply. Field/Action Name  will not appear in parentheses () - will look like below example.

I have not tested the above example today in my 2024 R1 but wanted to show it because it’s a good starting point for you.  I have imported payments with applications many times. The Apply Debits import that I have tested is from version 2022 and is shown below.

I remember the Commit being important for importing Debits - as highlighted below. If you have any trouble with the import… double-check the Commit settings, try different commit settings, etc.
