Good day,

I developed a Dashboard for my Sales Director.  However, when make changes to titles, filers, etc..  He is not seeing the updates/changes on his dashboard.  He has access to the dashboard.  None are locked.

What can I do to make sure that changes are sync so he see the updates and changes.  ( We I move a tile, it doesn’t change for him or update the filter.)  The plan is to set-up access for the Salespersons next.

The dashboard owner is the Administrator Role.  His role is granted access.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thank you

@Evan G

I would guess you possibly set the dashboard to be personalizable and your sales manager made a small edit to it that caused it to branch from the main version, which you're maintaining. If it's personalizable, the easiest way to prevent that is to turn it off.

Hello Evan,

When the user in question tried a different browser, does the dashboard look correct? If so, I recommend clearing browser cache in the first browser, as a possible solution.
