Hi Team, I am facing the below error and couldn't able to set up the IN preferences form. I can see the "In transit Branch field” but not able to pick any.Is there any setting missing? Kindly assist. 

Hi,So, we have wired a payment to one of our overseas vendors and later cancelled the order. We are now left with a payment sent to a vendor that we want to use for future orders.  Which brings me to my questions. Is it possible to just post a payment to a vendor and have it on account? And then at a later time apply it to a purchase order?  I have previously tried creating a Quick Check to just post the payment and then trying to apply it to an open purchase order but the system wouldn’t allow it.  Selecting Quick Check was not an option anywhere. I ended up voiding the quick check.  Is there something that I’m missing in this process?Any help on this issue is greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance. 😊

Does anyone know how to delete a previously synced budget. It will not allow deletion because the budget was already synced from Pro Core. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi! Has anyone implemented vendor consignment before? I’m trying to setup a vendor consignment warehouse at $0 because we don’t want there to be a financial impact until the inventory is used. I’ve looked at Doug’s article below but was wondering whether this can be done without having to setup a different branch/company. When a bill is paid a batch is usually generated which reduces the vendors balance and cash account. However, when the same bill is paid in foreign currency additional accounts called rounding off gain/loss account and realized gain/loss account arises. What should be the ideal scenario in the system if for a prepayment, the payable control account is debited with amount almost equals to the one crediting rounding off gain/loss account and after reversal of this transaction the rounding off gain/loss account disappears?

Hi,I have a strange issue. I am creating a row set using account groups for the Balance Sheet. However, when I select the Data Source for a line item that has a G/L type for an Account Group, if I select Account to Expand and select a Row Description it is not properly displaying the correct row description. Is this a known issue or by design. Let me know.  This is for 2022 R2. Note: This is not an issue when I am using Account Groups on the Income Statement side.   Thanks,Frances

Can anyone tell me if they’ve had any success with corporate credit cards and Bank Feeds?  We have clients asking what credit card we would suggest and none of our other clients have been able to connect bank feeds with their bank.  I would like to at least have 1 credit card I can tell my clients that works. 

I’m processing my first bank import and the Tran. Desc. field are atrociously long—nothing like my credit card imports. Using the Auto Match rules will bring in all this data and truncate before the details that matter. Nothing in the rules lets you manipulate or override the Tran. Desc. I wonder is a bank issue and are banks willing to work with what gets exported to the QBO file. Have you experienced this? If yes, did you devise a solution to get the description you need while still benefiting from using the Auto Match feature? I don’t have an app to edit the QBO file before importing, but manually manipulating the data takes away from the time saved by using Auto Match. I look forward to hearing what others have done. I was wondering if there was a way to create a prepayment for a blanket purchase order without having to go through a normal purchase order linked to the blanket purchase order. We create orders with vendors who each require an upfront deposit of a percentage of the total amount.Example: We create a blanket PO for 1000 toothbrushes with a total charge of $1000. We need to pay a deposit of 30%, so $300. How can I attach a prepayment for this $300 to the blanket PO?There is an action to create a prepayment request on a normal purchase order but not on a blanket purchase order, so I’m assuming this requires some kind of workaround.

Hey everyone,  We’re looking to onboard a customer with about 4-6 companies, each with their own chart of accounts. Likely, they’ll have to run on different tenants because of the chart of accounts difference. I’m looking into 6 tenants, each with each other as vendors. This means, they’ll be running cross-company transactions across tenants. Any easy way to go about this besides my vendor solution? Thank you!

We’ve recently implemented Acumatica and part of the process entailed entering all of our 2022 data. Everything was well entered in Acumatica including the opening inventory of Jan 2022, opening Trial Balance etc. All transactions for receipt of inventory to date (we import inventory from overseas and sell them locally -we do not manufacture locally) have been well documented and received during 2022 and 2023. We are facing challenges with the invoices we entered and released in the books. The invoices for sales for 2022 and i2023 were not entered and released chronologically. Given that the Company follows the FIFO inventory (First In First Out) valuation method, we are faced with a problem that cost of goods sold month wise are not correct (As many later month invoices were entered in the system first)  and thus the current inventory valuation is not correct. The Invoices (total more than 400) have all been entered and approved (released). Working with ARM and was wondering if there is a way to “autofit” the width of a column?

Hi There! When my company first joined Acumatica we were entering expense accounts and subaccounts under the GL Accounts tab when entering new vendors.Fast forward to today a majority of these expense accounts need to be updated so we would like to remove the preset expense accounts all together to prevent bills from being miscoded. Is there a way to remove all of the preset coding from all of the vendors at once or will this require individual removal?

If you run the AR aging report and the account details should the total amounts be the same? and again how do we view and compare the totals between the AR and GL and the balances?

Hi everyone, I have an ARM reporting scenario that I'm looking for some insight on: The Unit set has multiple levels. Below the consolidated level are two units: 1. "Divisions" unit that contains all divisions, each of which is a subaccount (basically a rollup of subaccounts), and 2. An "Executive" unit that is itself a single subaccount. At the Consolidated level I need the report to show Divisions and Executive for each row, but not all the subacounts within Division. I know how to expand by account or subaccount, but in this scenario I need a rollup of subaccounts + 1 separate subaccount, or an "Expand by Unit" option (which doesn't seem to exist). If I simply Expand by Sub it will show all the subaccounts under the Divisions umbrella, which they don't want. Below is an example in demo (didn't want to post actual unit set).  Thanks in advance for any help!
