Contract Management - How to set up Renewal Price increased yearly

Hi,

On Contract Management how can I set up contract renewal prices to increase yearly? under the contract items screen, I can set up only a Percentage of the Setup price or item price, which will not work for the second year onward.

Eg- Setup price of 100 every year 10% increased

so, at the end of 1st year 110, at the end of 2nd year 121, and so on.
