Hi, I need to restrict access of editing invoices in SO303000 form which were in open status. It means they were already released invoices. But still, users can edit the data in the line level in “details” tab.Thank you 

I realyl appreciate for any explanation in detail for this question. May i know what is the main function of the branch that we select on summary when doing data entry for Journal Transactions, where it will affect ? on the report part ? the rest i know like approval it may go the workgoup which assign to that branch, but for other purposes of selecting branch ? my concern was on reporting part. if anybody can explain in detail on other part also i appreciated very much.I mean as per below screenshot, Branch section .

Good day CommunityMy client wants to change the rate of depreciation from 1 year ago, so I need to reverse the depreciation for the entire year and recalculate it. There are about 250 assets, so unless absolutely necessary, I don’t want to have to reverse and recapture them all.I also know I can reverse the batches one by one by copying them and making the depreciation a minus in each batch, but that will also take forever.I can’t see a way to use an import scenario to reverse each month, but maybe one of you has some ideas? I especially appealing to you, Laura02 as you’ve been so helpful on Fixed Assets in the past.Many thanks

Hi,I am trying to setup a financial report template for a client and I am trying to have a different formula for the expenses. Currently, the budget variance is currently set to subtract the Budget amount from the YTD amount. However, they would like to have it set the opposite for only expenses. Quick check was a wonderful quick easy way to correct the totals for a vendor on the 1099 report.I think it’s gone.Looking for a way to get this total changed.  Especially if the correction needs to a total of several invoices.For us, these corrections are usually needed when we make payments before we get a W9 and enter the 1099 info in the vendor set up. Sue Terrysterry@ex2technology.com

Hello Dear Community,My Controller came to me asking if there was a way to apply payments or create invoices while a customer is on credit hold? He said there are instances where they need to apply a payment to the customer but keep them “On Hold” status. So his team are having to remove the credit hold, apply the payment, then put the customer back on hold.Can you guys provide some input?  

Having an issue trying to close a completed production order. When I hit process in the Close Production Orders Module, I receive this error message: “IN Error: Unit conversion EA is missing.”Is this coming from the stock item or the completed production order. The base unit for this stock item is listed as EA. Thanks!!

Hi All,Trying to setup a label report. It consists of two labels on one report with the next function on the second label. The first label prints fine without spaces but the second label add a small space. This then gets added on each subsequent label.On the preview you can see it here:The two detail sections are exactly the same:Then on Acumatica it also only shows one label per page and not 2 with a white space at the bottom. Does anyone have an export scenario to accommodate Chase Bank’s Nacha File Format?  We are struggling, We are missing :Your Chase account is missing from the file.Find the company identification field and enter 0000000000 (10 zeroes).The company identification (shown in the batch control record) doesn't match the batch header record. We are close but need to be able to export on Monday. 

I’m setting up a construction project that will have its own specific cash account. How can I link them together so that when someone is entering AP bills across many different projects, they won’t have to edit anything in the financial tab for this specific one? I want it to automatically know which cash account to use. 

Hello!I followed the instruction in this post (How to create approval flow in Expenses Claim | Community (acumatica.com)) and was able to create a basic approval flow for expenses, but here are two things I can’t figure out. is there a way to create multiple level of approvals? Where first the expense gets approved by direct manager, and then it goes to next level authority to initiate payment? Is there a way to set email notifications on both level of approvals? this is the first level approval.. but once approved, how to move it to the next level authority to initiate payment?  I can’t seem to get the

 I would like the from email address in statements to be our finance email address opposed to our service email address.  I have changed but it’s picking up the service email address.It was changed under the email template for statements:And I also changed it under the accounts receivable preferences to set it as the default email account but it’s still picking up the other email address.

Apparently you can Void an AP or Quick Check that has already been marked as cleared and/or reconciled in the system.  I put a ticket in with the Acumatica support and was advised to put in an idea for product change.  Has anyone else found this and addressed this issue?

Hi All,We would like to display an error to the user if the Project Budget exceeds while adding the details in Purchase Order and stop them from removing it from hold.Acumatica does some calculation on page load and displays a warning when the budget is exceeded as shown below: This is the budget in the project: For the Project, Project Task, Cost Code and Account Group combination, the budget in project is 1500 but in PO is 1501, so it is displaying the warning message.There are other logic as well which I do not know yet and it is complex if I have to replicate the logic.My job is to see if the budget is exceeded or not if it is exceeding, I need to g

Hi All.  We are looking for a way to close refunds that remain open with an irrelevant balance on them. There is an option to Write Off invoices or memos, but not for refunds. Is there a way to add that option to refunds?Thanks, 

We create service orders and sales orders (type of SO), which then get invoiced from there.  We also create RC Sales Orders for Credit Memos, which are created in the SO workspace.  The invoices, once released, go into Receivables, but they bypass the Receivables approval process.We need approvals on all invoices and credit memos, not just the ones that are created directly in the Receivables workspace, and approvals are not available for SO invoices and CM’s.  Is there a way to put this in place?

Hi, quick questionI noticed an Project Allocation was done twice in August….. I tired to reverse 1 Allocation and it reversed in Sept……. How do i reverse a reversal to get it in same month? Is it possible to change a date when reversing an allocation?  

We have created a payment processor for cybersource secure acceptance and we implemented the classes: V2.ICCHostedPaymentFormProcessor V2.ICCTransactionGetter V2.ICCProfileCreator V2.ICCHostedPaymentFormResponseParserView original The issue we have now, is that after payment is done on cybersource, it returns back the response to the PaymentConnector.html which in turn perfom the next line window.parent.px_callback.paymentCallback('action=transactResponse&response=' + urlParams.get("ref") );this close the payment popup, but the payment it self not converted to completed, not sure why and when

Hello,I’m creating payment pluign and integration between acumatica and cybersource payment acceptance, Cybersource secure acceptance requires creating of signature that is being posted with the transaction details, cybersource uses this signature to verify that the authenticity of the request.This signature can have special characters like = / _ - … etcWhen I implment GetDataForPaymentForm, I add the signature as form Parameter input with other transaction parameters, I set UseGetMethod = false so it uses POST method.Submitting to cyberosurce endpoint always fails because of invalid signature, upon troubleshotting, I found that Acumatica is stripping the = character from the signature when posting to the end point which at the end make signature not matching and cybersource declined the transaciton.And cybersource won’t accept URL encoded signature and it fails as wellI did PxTrace logging and made sure that correct signature is gene
