In Payments in Application the Withholding Tax Tab seems missing in the modern UI while in the classic it is visible. I also tried to check the screen configuration but still the tab is missing. Is there any work around that is required or it is a system limitation for the modern ui? or is it already fix in later version?

The customization needs to be converted/updated for the Modern UI so that the custom tab and its associated fields/grid are available in the Modern UI. Acumatica provides a Convert to Modern UI option for customized forms, although the generated conversion may require some additional adjustments and testing.
Once the customization is properly converted and published, the WITHHOLDING TAX tab should appear in the Modern UI as well.
