Hello!I have a concern related to bank reconciliations, where the supplier payment (Salary for Internal employees or external supplier payments for multiple Bills) made as a single entry in Acumatica is recorded with multiple lines in Bank Statement as the payment is going for different accounts (Salary for internal employees) or for different invoices (External Supplier Payments). Currently, I am unable to reconcile the Bank Statement transaction line with multiple payment lines of Acumatica due to the reason bank statement line is not fully matched with Acumatica payment. Is there any way that I can handle with this or a workaround that adjusting the Bank Statement manually and importing it to the “Import Bank Transactions” screen?Thank You!

Hi, i want to set up a new Cash Management Preference but when i try to input COA for Cash in transit account there’s no COA to select. The COA already import and set type as CASH.Please help me to solve this, there is step that i miss?? Thank you   

Is it possible to record a bill payment in Company A that is automatically recorded as an Invoice Payment Received in Company B?We have multiple companies and Company A is constantly buying from Company B, Company C, Company D, etc. It would simplify matters significantly if when we pay the bill in Company A, the invoice in the relevant company is also marked as paid. Thoughts?

We are experiencing this bug:A stock item has previously been invoiced, and a credit memo has been made and released against that stock item. If a user creates another credit memo, referencing the same invoice number, the system will add the stock item(s) at a 0 qty to the credit memo. The ext. price of each stock item will be added to the total, even though the qty is 0.If the qty is changed after adding the item, the system then flags it as it should, and doesn’t allow the qty to increase, and more importantly it recalculates the refund to not have the ext price of that line in the total.Question:Has anyone else experienced this bug, and is there a way to flag this as the system used to and not allow this?  Info:Acumatica 2024 R2 Build 24.210.0019

I have clients that are trying to create GIs and work with their GLTran data.  The amount of data in this table has gotten very large over a few years of usage.  It significantly limits the GI filter capabilities as this dataset gets larger.  What options do customers have to create helpful GIs as their dataset gets larger. Here is an example:A client created a GI on just the GLTran table.  There are no table joins.The GI will pull back a record count if the last filter is removed (BETWEEN).  It sometimes pulls back a record count if the two filters with the date range are turned on.This is very frustrating that the filter capabilities become extremely more limited as the dataset gets larger.Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations as we have experienced this in other places as well?

Hi Acumatica, I would like to show the report results for only a specific set of subaccounts. A comma separated list as input would be ideal. Is there a way to achieve this? It seems if I enter a start and end subaccount that only shows the numerical order but Id like to have the report shown for a grouping of non-sequential subaccounts.Thanks!!!!  

We are looking to utilize our company credit cards more to accumulate rewards.  My issue is - I do not want to lose the vendor history.  For example, we have used a vendor for many years and have always paid by check.  Now we want to pay with a credit card.  How can I do this?  The library says the “vendor” needs to be the credit card company.  But I want the vendor to stay as it has been.  Can I add “Credit Card” as a payment option?  And if so, then how does it work when I need to pay the credit card balance?  Thank you in advance for any insight!!

Hello all.  We are currently about to roll out the Request and Requisiton process for Purchase Orders.  I’ve been trying to figure out how to link the Requested By of the Request to the PO.  We want to see who submitted the request on the Purchase Order screen and the Purchase Order Report.  But I am having a hard time figuring out the connections.  Has anyone does this before?

Hello all,I have a scenario where I would like to record a payment against a PO via credit card as the vendor required upfront costs. We then have the AMEX defined as a liability for this so, then we pay the AMEX. So its like instead of debiting the record again I would like to debit the liability.How can I achieve this? Is it like under the I define the AMEX as a cash A/c under a liability GL account?Let me know your thoughts on this.Thanks.

Hi Team, The hierarchy of posting.  Item-Level Accounts Take Precedence → If the GL Account is specified in the Stock Item, it will be used before checking the Posting Class. Transaction Overrides Are Always First→ If an account is manually set on a transaction (Receipt, Bill, Invoice, Adjustment), it overrides all other settings. Posting Class Acts as a Default → The Posting Class is the fallback if an Item does not have a specific account. Warehouse Accounting Can Affect Posting→ If enabled, Warehouse-Specific GL Accounts may override the Posting Class. Company Defaults Are Last Resort → If no account is found at the Item, Posting Class, or Warehouse level, Acumatica uses the default GL accounts from Inventory Preferences

Has anyone setup Bank Feeds loaded from a file? I’m struggling to find documentation on how the data provider is setup for the bank feed integration to work. We have the sftp credentials from the bank loaded but just need to know how we create the data provider on the Bank Feeds screen. How to create budget in Acumatica? because I can’t input or import excel of budget 

Client recently added Bank Feeds (Acumatica 24R1) and set up a feed via Plaid to their operating account. The feed pulled part of 1 day’s transactions from the middle of the prior month (both in test mode and live), then received an error: The bank feed service (path: 0/plaid/transactions/get) returned the following server error: the requested product is not yet ready. please provide a webhook or try the request again later. Client then deleted the feed and connected with the same error after trying to pull from the following month. Attempts to retrieve additional transactions gets the same error.I have confirmed via the bank statement that there are many transactions over the last month and a half. Where are they?

I am struggling to get my automation to open GL Periods on a specific day of the month. This is the current schedule and conditions that I have,However I do not understand how to do relative values with the relative checkbox.I cannot use equations in these condition fields, so I am stuck.Can anyone help me with this? 

Wondering how everyone is handling the tariffs?  It’s easy enough when a vendor issues a price increase that I can just pass through.  My issue is when I am getting hit with tariff lines on invoices from vendors.  Not sure how to accurately absorb those lines on incoming PO’s and pass them along on a Sales Order without a ton of manual work.
