Question

Bank Feed Transactions coming in late the following business day.

Does anyone have insight on why our Bank Feed Transactions are progressively being available later and later?

If I remember correctly, when we first started using Bank Feeds, yesterday’s posted transactions from the bank were available early the following morning. Now, they’re not available until after 1-3pm PST, and sometimes even later than that.

We’re on 2025 R1, upgrading to R2 in a few months, using Plaid for the connection to Chase Bank.

I’d think Plaid would be able to grab the transactions as soon as they’re posted in the bank.

Hello @austinjenkins27,

Good Day,

Transactions from the bank are retrieved and formatted by an aggregator (Plaid) and made available to Acumatica. This process can take up to 2-3 days or more in some cases.

As mentioned on Plaid’s site https://plaid.com/docs/transactions/transactions-data/

“A transaction begins its life as a pending transaction, then becomes posted once the funds have actually been transferred. It typically takes about 1 to 5 business days for a transaction to move from pending to posted, although it can take up to 14 days in rare situations.”

Transactions in “Pending” status is available on “Load transactions in Test Mode” and can only be retrieved into Acumatica once “Posted” by Data aggregator - Plaid

Regards,

Amaan

I have a client that just mentioned this to me today as well. They are also using Plaid to connect to Chase bank. Previously some transactions would come over same day, or at the latest the next morning. They are now seeing a lag of a few days. Is anyone else also noticing a lag in their transactions coming over? They recently upgraded to 25R2.

I understand how the connections work and what Plaid states in their FAQ. But I am curoius if anyone else has noticed a change.
