Is there a way to mass update a Customer Class while not changing any of the other settings on a customers account? When I try changing the class, this pop up appears and it defaults to “Yes” but we want it to click “No” so our customers accounts aren’t changed for their terms.
Hi! There is an option to add a Dialog Answer in an import scenario. Similar to this below. (This is for Item Class, but same concept at Customer Class dialog box). You will enter either Yes or No based on your desired outcome.
