Is there a way to permanently exclude credit and debit memos from the Print/Email process?  IE we would like memos to permanently not show up on Print Invoices and Memos screen (filter not really acceptable) and not trigger the Invoice notification template defined in AR preferences Thank you!!

Our customer often pays multiple different charges to a vendor on a Quick Check. They are populating the Transaction Descriptions on the individual Document Details lines of the Quick Check screen.I have studied the AP Check with Remittance format and am unable to determine how to set up additional variables for each line on the AP check that correspond to the APTran.TranDesc values on the quick check. Normal checks are properly printing with Bill type and Reference numbers on the stubs, but I am not able to determine how to display the line descriptions when printing a Quick Check. This seems like something that would already exist, but I do not see a table included on the report format that would tie to the quick check details.Does anyone have a solution already for this? Thank you,Greg

Has anyone else experienced issues with rounding errors between Acumatica and Shopify?We have Shopify Plus with Avalara AvaTax integration, and Avalara AvaTax in Acumatica for all other orders We are regularly seeing rounding errors of a few cents between what gets calculated on the front end in checkout vs. what gets calculated in the sales order in Acumatica when our connector imports it There does not appear to be an option to force the tax amount from Shopify and bypass the tax calculation in Acumatica so that all totals lines upFYI we are not yet on Acumatica Commerce so using a custom connector.I know this is a typical issue and often just handled with a “slop” account for rounding errors, but just wish this wasn’t the case since Avalara should be making the calculation in the same way regardless of the platform. Guessing there are some character limits that may be causing this? Either way, curious if anyone else

For tax year 2021, the IRS made minor changes to the 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC forms. Details of the changes can be found on the IRS website. Acumatica will implement these changes in upcoming versions of the software to assist with customer 1099 filings. I have a client that needs generic inquiries and dashboards to go off of their fiscal year and not the calendar year.  So in order for the inquiries / dashboards to be dynamic i need the @ functions or something like them to go off of their financial periods which are a fiscal year

Is there a way to link an expense receipt for credit card to the vendor record?  Sometimes we pay for vendor bills on credit card, but they also need a 1099, but I can’t find where to link that to the vendor totals for end of year 1099 reporting.

Is there a way to change “All Customers” statement settings to (Print Statements)?

A conversion was completed from another software product.  For some reason after validating the entire process we know what the number is and it matches the difference between the balance sheet and income statement to balance it. It belongs in retained earnings and all other balances are matched against the GL ledger from the old program.  I need to make a one sided posting to that account or an adjustment account to sum to that grouping for the amount in question which balances the assets and liabilities and completes the transition.I have been unable to find a methodology

I know there is a customization to publish for add apply retainage for AR Invoices and Memos but what do you need to do for AP Bills? The apply retainage button is not available right now in migration mode and I need this ASAP!

Hi,I have someone entering an expense claim using a specific Expense Item. Normally this item is taxable and has taxes calculated but in his instance, the supplier is not charging tax. How can the person entering their expense claim put the tax amount to zero as the taxes get calculated automatically based on the tax category and configuration. This could be the case on expense claims, or on PO’s or in AP Billls too. When I try to set it to zero I get the following error: 

Rookie question on ARM Reporting:I’ve modified a P&L column set to have three columns MTD/PTD/YTD actual values.I can’t figure out the right settings in the Data Source section of the Column Definition.Example of issue:  Printing report for January 2021 I ‘should’ get all three columns to be equal.But the result I am getting is shown below. The MTD Data source is set to The PTD Data Source is set to:The YTD Data Source is set to (I think this one is correct)

Is there an easy way to revalue inventory for a specific item/site? Best I have found is inventory adjustments, but then you cannot add inventory to the same receipt because the costing is tied to the receipt.  We had a incorrectly costed move due to a incorrect AP entry for a sub component.

Hello, I want to set up a new branch but unsure where I can specify the data set for the branch.  We use first three character of sub account for department,  as 32A and the new branch is an aggregation of 32A, 32B, 32C.  Can anyone assist us to set this branch correctly?
