I made a mistake when applying the wrong prepayment to the bill.I want to reverse the check and payments then it move me to create Debit Adjustment. After creating a mess, i totally lost now.Can someone help me to solve this issue ?  

Hi, one of the employees got the wrong Warehouse in the Sales order. What are the remedy for this? Is there a way to change the Warehouse ID on Shipments or somewhere in Sales Order?

Acumatica only supports 1099 NEC and MISC filing natively. Why are the others still excluded?  When will the other options be available. This is another instance where Acumatica does not satisfy the year end filing requirements for my client base. Client’s do not understand why some 1099 filing options are not supported (I do not either) 

When I add manual document discount to Po Order ,discount amount don't reduce automatically. I want to auto reduce at AP bill . Is this possible ? How solve?

I am working with Acumatica 2024 R2 in Reconciliation Statements screen. I need to add totals of receipts and disbursement in detail section as a footer. I am supposed to make those updates in the detail grid of the Customization Project Editor, but there is no detail grid available. I am new to this kind of configuration. Is there a way to set Retained Earnings to close to one singular subaccount instead of each one individually? And, if not, what is the workaround most people would recommend? Make a journal entry? The only issue I could see with that is that it will have to be done for any transactions that need back-posted to the previous year after closing. 

       Currently, in the liability section of our balance sheet, "Purchase Accrual" and "Accounts Payable" are displayed separately. Our company’s accountant has requested that the values of these two items be combined and shown as a single line item on the balance sheet.After checking, I noticed that it seems I could simply change the account class of "Purchase Accrual" from "othcurliab" to "AP" to achieve this. However, would this cause any issues? Is this the most recommended approach? Are there any better alternative solutions?

When entering a new customer and linking to the Parent ID, it is still necessary to populate the Bill To Info on the Child record. Is there a setting to automatically pull the parent info into the child account?

Hi All,I need to correct an invoice, removing tax and updating bill-to data. (I updated the customer profile to prevent recurrence for future orders).Steps taken to resolve:To avoid reprocessing the shipment (which has already gone out), I followed steps for invoice correction, which generated a correction invoice document that meets my requirements, but when I try to release, I get the error message: The tax amount calculated by the external tax provider cannot be applied to the document. AR Error: Total application amount cannot exceed document amount.For the ARError, I expect this is because my original invoice $ DocBalance is more that the correction invoice (tax amount = $0.00 in the correction document). In the settings of the Statement Cycle, there is an option not to print empty statements.In our understanding, these are customers with 0 or negative balance. However, when we unselect it our Print Statement screen still show the Customers with 0 or negative balance.  Another thing is that, in the screen Prepare Dunning Letter there is an option to exclude Credit Memos. Is there a way to do this for Statements without doing customization? Thank you.  

I have created a Sales Order and linked all the items in the Sales Order to Create a Purchase Order.Now I have modified the Sales order to add in an additional line. I cannot seem to link it to the existing Purchase Order. Mark for PO is ticked on the SO line. If I use Create Purchase Order it will create an entirely new Purchase Order If I go to the existing Purchase Order, the line type will change to Goods for Inventory instead of Goods for SO which enables me to link back from PO to SO.How do you link the items from the SO to an existing PO? Surely this is a common issue. 

Is Acumatica planning to upgrade the Report Designer? I am not a professional, but sometimes the report designer feels worse than Excel, which has more features.In one window, it shows that the expressions you created are valid, but in another window, it shows an error.When you preview, it shows "XML not well-formed," but if you save it to the server and run it from the system, there are no issues.There is no option to preview based on a reference document. It shows some documents randomly, which does not help to find the changes/results. To check, the only option is to save back to the server and test.The formatting features are very limited. Viewing in grid format is possible, but there is no option to zoom in or out.These are just a couple of issues from many.Acumatica overall has many options and features. When will the Multiple Base Currency feature support all modules?I was quite excited to see multiple base currency support in 2021 R2, as this solves the single biggest pain point we have with Acumatica.Currently, we have a Canadian sister company that does a lot of interco transactions with the US company, and because of that company’s base currency being in CAD, we have to use a separate tenant.This creates a lot of manual re-entry of documents PO / SO / shipping docs etc and tends to be an error prone process, especially due to exchange rates etc.Now in reading through the details on this feature, I see to my dismay that there is a whole list of other  modules that are not supported by this feature. Hi! Can you run a different schedule for a different item on that is on the same contract? Without having to create a new deferral code for every new transaction, is it possible to update the deferral schedule if the customer decides to postpone a service for a later date?For example, I can change the Rec. Date in the transaction section, but when clicking on GENERATE TRANSACTIONS, the date goes back to what it was.  Based on testing, answers to both questions would be no, but we would like to confirm there is no other ways. Open to any suggestions, thank you in advance for your help! 

If I have a stock item that I purchase and sell in the same form, the purchase of that item is tax exempt but is taxable when I sell it. How do I set up a stock item so that sales tax isn’t added onto the purchase order but is taxed when its on a sales order?

We are utilizing the expense receipt and expense claim process to capture our corporate credit card expenses.  We have noticed after releasing the claim at the time when expense receipts are converted into cash purchases that each receipt generates a cash purchase which matches the date and description of the claim not the date and expense of each receipt associated with the claim.  Why?  And can this be changed?  This causes a claim containing 30 different receipts to contain the exact same date and exact same description and little way of distinguishing them when looking at them from the cash purchase inquiries.  It also makes it very difficult during credit card reconciliation because the date of the expense does not match the date listed on the receipt.  Is there a setting that we need to change?  Or is this how it is intended to work?

Good morning, I’ve got an issue with the Print/Email AR Documents.  When we go to process emails, we got the error There is no active notification source to process the operation.  It looks like this is due to not having a email template set up for this function.  But, we have a modified email that gets sent when we process a email directly from Print Invoices Report.  Where would this information be stored if I don’t have a template set up?

Hopefully you can follow along with the issues we are having with using the correct invoice feature.All of our invoices have some sort of commission split on them for the sales people and when using the correct invoice it generates a credit memo and applies it to the original invoice that is now cancelled. My first question is what happens to the commissions on the original invoice that was cancelled? Are the commissions cancelled too? I couldn’t find any transactions for the commissions and the credit memo that is generated will not allow you to change the commissions, that tab is greyed out. So, then I have a new invoice now and I can correct the invoice however I need to and it will allow me to change the commissions on the new invoice. So, if I increase the sale amount of the item and put in the commission splits it will calculate the commission on the new invoice amount yet if the original amount from the cancelled invoice is not credited then the salesperson will be pai

I have a challenge with bank reconciliation, when a cash item is cleared using a statement. The system will not allow me to unclear it. I have tried deleting reconciliation, unmatching all statement items and also deleting the statement but without success
