A client, on 2024 R2, reported that a Voided Cash Purchase transaction was showing that it was created by user account that has been disabled for over 6 months.
Our research, in both 2024 R2 and 2026 R1, found that when an AP Cash Purchase created by USER1 is voided by another user, USER2, the ‘Created by’ value on the newly created Voided Cash Purchase transaction is showing USER21 instead USER2.
