Hi team,I've added a custom selector field in the stock item screen. This field displays location IDs based on the selected warehouse in the grid. However, there's an issue: when I change the warehouse, the field doesn't refresh automatically. I'm looking for an auto-refresh property, but it seems not to be available in the grid editor properties. Could you please assist me in achieving automatic field refresh? We have run into the problem where if we need to adjust an invoice from a service order and they choose the correct invoice, then correct the invoice and release it.  Acumatica creates a credit memo for the original invoice and then creates a new invoice where the corrections are made.  This is good, but the problem is that it marks the appointment status where the original invoice was created from billed to closed.  The appointment then gets rebilled by because it doesn’t show as billed anymore. creating 2 invoices for the same appointment.  Is this a bug or a configuration issue?The process that does work is to cancel the invoice and go to the appointment, make changes and rebill through the original process.  The next question is, how can we disable the correct invoice action only for service orders, so we don’t double bill customers?

Hello!I would like to create an import scenario for 'service orders' that schedules an appointment after the order is created. I get an error message when I add the action command: 'Create an appointment.'Thank you! 

I have 3 non-stock items that show to be in one location when there are physically in another. How would I move this in the system? I see transfers but this appears to only be for stock items. 

Is there a way that we can make it to where our techs can’t see the default warehouse when they go to job cost parts from their trucks. We are running into the techs choosing the default warehouse instead of selecting there truck as the warehouse so our inventory is getting very messed up. We want them to still have access to the main warehouse we just don’t want them to see that as an option when they go to job cost.

I am looking for a way to bill time directly to customers. I noticed when creating an Activity for a customer (work item, phone call, etc.), you can check the activity as “Billable”. How do you bill these activities to customers?  I am guessing the activity checkbox (Billable) is only for reporting on the timecard. I am trying to avoid creating a project and invoice for a 15 minute consulting phone call. I’d love to way to track all billable work items for a customer and then bill them at the end of the month / quarter with all these work items.  Thanks,Paul

We have identified an issue where when a technician adds a stock item to the appointment, and selects his van as the warehouse then when he adds it to the appointment, the warehouse changes to the MAIN warehouse in the company. Obviously this is very frustrating and means they either need to go back into the item and change the warehouse again or our scheduler has to make sure that before they send the appointment to billing that they have checked the warehouse is correct for that technician. Exact steps:Open appointment in tablet Click on Details tab Click + to add Add Items Select FILTER at top of screen and select technician van Select a stock item by putting a tick in the box that says 1 quantity on hand and warehouse is their van. Once you select the item it changes the warehouse to the MAIN warehouse and its quantity.I have a video of this happening but am unable to upload an MP

 Hi, just want to emphasise, sometimes it’s hard to navigate this app due to the lack of color coding. And it’s easy for users to missed out or forget certain setups. Example for the appointment module, would love for “In Process” to be in Green and “Not Started” to be in red. Because at times due to the nature of the job itself. They will create log even when Appointment is “Not Started” making them frustrated assuming there is an error. I hope there are enhancements for these case scenario.

I am implementing FS for a client and wondering how can we utilize the Resource Equipment functionality. I have a few easy questions for the community:What is the Resource Eq used for today? Is there a functionality to create a Resource EQ record from the PO Receipt?  How do I schedule a resource EQ for a service order/ appointment? Where do I link/reserve a resource EQ for an appointment? Appreciate any insights. Thanks!

Is it possible to take photos on an appointment and save it onto the target equipment selected for that appointment? Our guys don't have access to the equipment module on their tablets and at the moment we have to take photos on the appointment and manually move them to the appropriate target equipment.

We have a service contract schedule where the Generate From Service Contracts button is disable even though there is no appointment or service order linked to the schedule.  There are four other schedules that have been created after this one and the second one does have an appointment created.  The last three don’t have an appointment and the button is enabled on each of them.  Since there is a schedule with an appointment created after the schedule in question could that cause the button to be disabled?  

I have noticed inconsistencies between a user releasing Time Activities vs. an Automation Schedule releasing Time Activities.  On the Release Time Activities (EP507020) screen, we encounter the following error when run via an Automation Schedule: (this error comes from the Automation Schedule History (SM205035) screen.)PM Error: Task is Completed and cannot be used for data entry.While logged in as the Admin user on the Release Time Activities (EP507020) screen the time Activity is processed successfully.  What is causing the Automation Schedule to fail when compared with the Admin user manually follow

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error will appear whenever we tried to create a log (press start) from Staff screen. And after that the tick button will appear but we couldn’t even select it to press save and we need to quit the screen and refresh.Any advise or assistance on this?  Our current build:Acumatica Cloud ERP 2022 R2Build 22.212.0046 +

Has anyone deployed the Service Orders management screen to the Mobile App?  Are the any code snippets available for this?

Performing a timecard correction, because the labor Item was incorrect. The appointment show the corrected timecard number, but the labor item was not corrected in the appointment. It should be the corrected labor item per the timecard, reflected on the appointment to cost at a different labor rate.

Has anyone been successful importing appointment logs?  Are you able to share your import scenario?

Perhaps this should be under “Idea” since I want to do something that I don’t think is possible at the moment. However, I thought I would ask first.  Under service order type options, I can choose: “Take address and contact information from: 1. Business Account, 2. Contact, or 3. Branch Location.  I would like the contact information (phone and email) to be pulled from the contact, but I want the service location address to be pulled from the business account. Is this possible? Here is why: In the case of multiple customer locations and multiple contacts, one contact may be linked to multiple locations and one location might be linked to multiple contacts. So, if I choose “Take address and contact information from Business Account”, it takes manual manipulation of the contact information on the specific customer location in order to get the correct information on the service order. Hello! Our company is new to Acumatica and we are still working through some growing pains as we adjust to the new system. Is there a way to edit/adjust time records after they have been released? We had some employees apply their time to a Construction Project instead of a Service Order and it was not brought to our attention until after the time was released. It has not been pulled through to Payroll yet.

I’m running into an issue now that I can’t make appoints because I must be an Employee to a current Screen. I doubled check the employee screen and everything looks good and same same when under user. I’m full admin too. whats the best way to take care of this? I went though every settings and can’t find where to correct this issue.
