Hi the layout via mobile is very limited, is there a way to activate view for address or description or notes?
Our staffs does not have access to sales order due to confidentiality.. so we hoped for a better solution thiis way?

Yes you can change these details in one of two ways by adding the field you require to the Generic Inquiry that is being exposed to the Mobile app. This is easier but has limitations.
I would suspect looking as your screen that you currently have a customisation that is adding the Shipment screen in to the Mobile app so you would need to modify this and add the field you require. If you look in your customisation packages and see is there anything under Mobile applications
