Possible to dynamically make hidden field visible?

I have a field hidden via Low Code… do I need to set a condition and/or workflow to dynamically make it visible?

Can Azure AD allow two domains to login via AD?

If a company has two domains, meaning their email addresses can end in @ABC.com and @XYZ.com, and they use Azure AD, can both domains be allowed to login to Acumatica via AD? Currently, the users with emails ABC.com are successfully logging in via AD, but not the XYZ.com users. The error they get is “Error: Login failed” beside the AD login in icon.(I can login as the XYZ.com users from the Users screen and can see the screens to which they have access, so I know the Acumatica access side is OK.) I read the in the S200 course guide that the web.config file has to be configured for AD access, and the specific domain name is a part of that, which is what leads me to believe that either the second domain hasn’t been added to that file, or that only one domain can be allowed in via AD. Or maybe I’m misunderstanding that altogether. Thank you!

Add Action to open GI on mobile app

I did not think this was possible until i noticed on the Customer record on the mobile app you can open the Appointment History (Appointment Summary) screen. On the Customer record there is an Action called Equipment Summary which opens the Equipment Summary GI. When i try and add this to the mobile app the action is there but when i click it i get a redirect fail I have tried changing behaviour to void and also changed recordAction to ViewEquipmentSummaryInquiry but keep getting same error. I also tried redirectToScreen = “FS400200”

Adding a field from the Equipment module to the Purchase Order Grid

I would like to add two selector fields that are in the equipment module Manufacturer ID (Manufacturer) and ManufacturerModelID( ManufacturerModel) to the Purchase Order Grid on the details tab. I know how to add a field in general to the PO grid. The question is if I say new field and use the exact field name will it pull it in or do I need to somehow link the tables together since I want to use the selector list from the equipment module.

Ability to add a new record on the fly in a pulldown selector list

In the service order module in the Target Equipment ID field it has a magnify glass with a pulldown list. 1- How do I add a plus button so that you can add a piece of target equipment from that screen? I can’t figure out if it’s buried somewhere in permission or I have to do something in customizations. We would like to have the technicians in the field be able to add customer equipment when they are in the appointment without having to get out of the appointment and go to the equipment module. 2- Is there a way to make so the list it is restricted to the equipment from the customer on the service order? I know they could always use the filter on the customer columns but with the technicians it would be easier for them not to have to.

Is it possible to set a Visibility Condition to a User Defined Field? (not a security role issue)

Hi! I’m dealing with a requirement that needs some User Defined Fields to appear based o the value of another User Defined Field. The use case is as follows: In an opportunity, my customer must gather a set of documents, but this documents vary depending on if their customer is a person or a company. We’ve created a User Defined Fields (Customer Type) combo selector to chose between the customer being a person or a company. We’ve created the document list checkbox using user defined fields, but it would be great to be able to hide the ones that are not being used, depending on the value of the customer type. It would be great to be able to do it from a Low-Code/No-Code project. Thank you for your support.

Gender specific greeting in email template

Hi, I would like to make the greeting in the email template for a sales order gender specific. Depending on the title it should be Mr oder Mrs for example. I tried to use it Document.ContactID.Title with if and then logic but somehow I failed. Has anybody done this before or an idea how the HTML code should like? Acutally I am not sure if Acumatica understands if and then in the HTML code for templates. Lars

Add Side Panel to Bills and Adjustments for Line Distributions

Hi, I’m working on a customization project to incorporate a side panel for our Bills and Adjustments screen, but would like to map the navigation parameters to the Detail Transactions grid so it can reference Subcontract Nbr and Project Nbr. When working on the customization I’m only seeing the limited fields tied to the source APInvoice for selection. Because our invoices are not setup for Single-Project use, I do not have an available Project field to map to. Is there anyway that I can establish this link for Side Panel display and ease of navigation for our teams?

“inventoryid cannot be found” error over riding “inventoryid does not exist ” when field is made required

I set the inventoryid to required on the inventory screen. I want to still get the error message of “inventoryid cannot be found” if someone does fill in the incorrect inventory id.So basically if the inventory id is blank I should get this error: “inventory id is required. If inventory id is entered but does not exist in the system: “Iventoryid does not exist” Before making the inventoryid required, the “Iventoryid does not exist” error came through when trying to save. Now it is overiiden by the “inventoryid cannot be found”. I don't want this to happen PS I used PXDefault attribute to make the field required

Purchase Order - Remove Print Option where Status is On hold or Pending Approval (2023R2)

Good day, I want to remove the Option to Print when a Purchase Order has the status of On hold or Pending Approval. The workflow is very confusing to manipulate. Kinds scary if I remove something. Shopify Metafield For Branch

Using Shopify Plus+ b2b . We have 3 branches, and orders are required to be imported with the connector to the respective branch. There is a lack of mapping options available to the Company Entity. We tried manually inserting a metafield into the Customer. The metafield value definitely exist on the customer. Receiving error "SalesOrder.Details[0].Branch: 'Branch' cannot be empty.Inserting 'Sales Order Line' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors.” What are our options for mapping to the right branch? We have too many customers to do it by locationid in orderdata.

Trying to Send a print job to device hub for different Order type. Error in customisations

I have installed the device hub. I am a bit of rookie when it comes to customisations hence asking here. What I am trying to achieve is when I quick process from Sales order screen I want to print Cash Slip for order type CSL to DOCKET printer and normal SO invoice for when order type is SO to BROTHER printer. This works fine, however we trying to automate it to send it to the respective printer when quick process is over. I followed this link below to start the process which is quite helpful. I added my code on the top of my code as below to address IF else to see if this solves my problem. however I am receiving the error below. I am not sure how i progress from here. Prevent Users from marking stock item active while allowing Stock item creation

I have users with access to create new Stock items but I want to limit who can make the inventory item active post creation. I have looked at locking down via user roles, as well as using an approval map to try and make it an approval process which would also work, but it seems that is only for predefined entities. Is there another way to lock down Stock Item Status?

Dynamically logged in dashboard functionality

Hi Community, I’m hearing things about dashboards working dynamically for the user who is logged in but I’m not finding much on this topic in the community. Can anyone tell me if it’s possible and point me in the right direction for this? Our case: We have over 10 salespersons and each have their own salesperson associate (support person). Up until now they’ve had one dashboard used in a “Create User Copy” mode but maintaining this is getting cumbersome. We want to take this to the next level - first thought was using parameters but that means the rep has to enter their ID every day, then someone mentioned dynamic logged in by user. We have our Salesperson to Employee to User linked using their one ID but does anyone have more information on how to create this? Thanks!

Hello all, We have a deeply customized Opportunity screen with a custom Dialog that is opened from the action bar on the Pricing tab. We would like to add a button for this custom dialog on the primary toolbar… is it possible to do this with a Low Code solution? Please see screenshot, thank you!

Open Record Created by Import Scenario

I have an import scenario that creates a new record (in this case, it generates a PO based on the lines selected in a GI from the Project Budget). The current downside, is that I don’t know how to make the Import Scenario automatically open the PO that was just created (because the user still has more work to do after they first create it). Is there an action of some sort to open the new saved record created in a pop up window?

Adding User Define Field to Main Screen - Schema Field/Selector not working

I am trying to copy a User Defined Field (UDF) from the UDF tab to the main Document tab on the AP Bills and Adjustments screen. One of our UDFs uses the selector tool to pick an employee name. Thanks to @dgross’s videos, I can move the UDF to the main screen, but the selector field is not recognized. I am getting this warning when with the customization The UDF is set up like this and is working when in its own UDF tab In the Customization, the Attribute (APAPPROVE) control shows TextEdit not Selector. I have tried multiple times to change to Selector and save it, without success. In some instances, the ID under Base properties changed from TextEdit to a selector, but the Controls still showed TextEdit and that is when I would get the error noted above (PX Selector Attribute is missing). Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Adding field from subsidiary DAC to Form

The Customers form already displays a few fields that are actually stored on the Default Customer Location record (like most of the detail on the Shipping tab). I had a custom field (in DAC, not a UDF) on the Locations table for a drop ship ID that our primary vendor provides for each customer location (Location.usrDropShipID). I’d like to add the drop ship ID for the Primary Location on the customer to the Shipping tab, so that we can populate it during customer setup, just like we do with default warehouse and default Ship Via. Since the screen is already pulling in data from the default location record, I’m hoping this is as simple as (somewhere) defining this additional field for the form, and then adding it to the Shipping Instructions group just like if I were adding in a stock field from the Customer record.

Relate INCostStatus to INLocation

Prior to our 2024r2 upgrade we were able to relate these tables via: INCostStatus.costSiteID = INLocation.locationID. Now the INCostStatus.costSiteID field appears to contain the INSite.SiteID instead. Anybody know how to relate the INCostStatus table to the INLocation table? Note - We are FIFO costed. Fields from Joined DACs are empty on Create Purchase Orders screen

Either this is a bug, or I’m missing something simple. On the PO505000 Create Purchase Orders Screen, fields from joined DACs are always empty. Controls for Joined Data Fields This works on other grids, and I don’t see any difference on the Create Production Orders screen, but it’s not working and a lot of the columns on the screen are empty. Any Ideas? For example, the customer name column is added, and the column is visible on the grid, but is always empty.
