In the service order module in the Target Equipment ID field it has a magnify glass with a pulldown list.
1- How do I add a plus button so that you can add a piece of target equipment from that screen? I can’t figure out if it’s buried somewhere in permission or I have to do something in customizations.
We would like to have the technicians in the field be able to add customer equipment when they are in the appointment without having to get out of the appointment and go to the equipment module.
2- Is there a way to make so the list it is restricted to the equipment from the customer on the service order? I know they could always use the filter on the customer columns but with the technicians it would be easier for them not to have to.
