We have a couple of business processes that require us to immediately update sales orders as new records are created in the system - not on a schedule. For example, we need to add the CRDF non-stock item to CO shipping address sales orders as they land in the system for tax calculation purposes.I’ve been able to create GI’s to filter down to the orders we want to update, and a business event that uses an import scenario to add the item to an order. The GI is configured to trigger based on record change, when the record is inserted into the search. We need to do this because we also apply filtering on the GI.I’ve confirmed all the functionality works in testing, but in a live situation the flow fails because of error: 0 records of 1 have been processed. I want to edit this bar at the bottom of the details tab of the sales order page. Is there a way to do this? I didn’t see anything in the Customization Project screen. 

I’m looking to access related items on stock items, however, I don’t see the option on the Stock Item. Is there some way to access this, or is this no longer an option in the 2024.1 version? 

I’m trying to create dynamic bill of material calculations based on run quantity. For example, my machine time is dependent on how many I need to produce. Each unit takes 25 seconds. I would like to create my BOM so that all you have to input is quantity, and all the other fields are populated based on that. Any advice on how to do this?

We are currently implementing Acumatica and transitioning from NetSuite. In NetSuite, the "Created By" field is easily visible on most forms, which helps our users quickly identify who created a record.In Acumatica, I see that the "Created By" field exists in the Audit History, but not directly on the form itself. We would like to have this field (and possibly "Created On") visible at the form level for ease of use.Has anyone implemented this? What is the best way to display the "Created By" field directly on a form in Acumatica?

I am having a little difficulty getting my PowerBI Tiles up and running on the Dashboard.   I used the following link to set up my application on Microsoft Entre (Saw on another forum).  I followed the instructions and setup a Secret and registered the Redirect URI.   https://app.powerbi.com/embedsetup When I go to add the PowerBI tile it lets me put in the Client ID and the Client Secret, when I hit login it pops up a real quick page and then it disappears.  I do not have any additional options in the setup and I don’t receive any errors.   Any thoughts, I am very new to PowerBI and Acumatica, so I am sure it is something simple I am over looking.   ThanksChris

Can anyone tell me why I get this same error message no matter what screen modification I’m trying to make? We upgraded to 25R1 a few weeks ago. \App_RuntimeCode\APInvoiceRecognitionEntry.cs(50): error CS0122: 'APTranRecognizedInventoryItemAttribute' is inaccessible due to its protection level  I was at first trying to modify screen AP301110 Incoming Documents. That error seemed appropriate for where I was. I submitted a simple help request. But I later attempted to modify a different screen and got the same message. To test my hunch, I started a new project and loaded screen CL401000, Compliance Management. Without making a single modification, I tried to publish just that project alone. Up comes the same failed validation error. The Compliance Management screen has nothing in common with APTran or inventory. Why would I be getting that same error across all screens? 

I am looking for feasibility of creating a variation of the Customer Contracts Generic Inquiry with addition of ARSalesPrices as a side panel. The Side Panel should default to customer pricing for that customer only.I am able to add the ARSalesPrices data source and enable navigation to side panel. However, I cannot manage to default the side panel to Price Type=Customer and Price Code=Contract Customer ID.Is this even possible? If so, I need direction on how to accomplish.

Looking for a Payables solution to be able to see Status change history for the AP Invoice records. We’ve explored the Audit History and the accessibility is a bit clunky and hard to read through for general users.Has anyone has found or built any solutions to better track these changes and/or report on them?Our primary goal would be to see date/time of changed status and user who made the change. The use case being, we have a lot of invoices that require Approvers to make changes to the invoice distribution coding, requiring them to put toggling the invoice status and resetting the Approval request record.Alternatively, if I could figure out how to access the Audit History key table for Events I figure I could find a way to report on that data through a GI, but I can’t find where in the DAC that information lives or how to access it.

Anybody familiar with this error? I added 3 statuses before planned status on the production order maintenance screen through the workflow editor (no code).Everything works well except I can’t delete the production order when in one of the 3 newly created statuses as well as the events table does not populate with order changes. Trying to delete presents the error in the screenshot below. When moving from “On Hold” status to one of these new statuses the events table states that the order moved from “On Hold” to “Unknown” rather than “On Hold” to “Initialized.”Anybody know how to fix this “Unknown Status” issue?

Using v25R1 and following the steps to create a Power BI integration (not Power BI Embedded).  I have the external application (SM301000) connecting and I see a Token.  When I try to create the Power BI Application Resource and try to search for the External Name, I get “The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.”.  I’ve set up the Power BI Service (Dashboard, Dataset, Report) in the API permissions section of the app registration.Other insights?
