We have created a customized report to the AR Credit/Debit notes and the report is generated in another screen not buy clicking the Print Invoice button on the AR Invoice and Memos screen. The RefNbr is not showing i the email template when sending the report

When you create a note on a stock item you are able to select ‘Add pop up note’ so that every time that part is added to a sales order, appointment, PO etc it pops up and then the user must click ok for the pop up to go away.This is great for our procurement team and sales team, however a nightmare for our service team.  Are we able to restrict who gets these pop up notes or which modules they appear in?

The BAccount CreateDateTime field does not provide the date in which a business account is extended as a customer.I am trying to create a Dashboard that displays number of new customers created by month. If they are being created from a prospect business account I don’t know how to pull a time stamp at which this happens. Can anyone help?

Hi, We’re setting up Acumatica WMS and I’m wondering about some suggestions for the right label printer(s) we may need:I need to print colored labels for the palette positions in our warehouse (labeling the rack/shelf locations). Probably around 2” x 3” approximately.  I need to print our bar codes to apply to product packaging/inventory. Not sure about size, these would be standard white. Maybe just Avery labels in our office laser printers? What do you use?We use Zebra printers for our shipping labels but this looks like a different kind of specialized printer. And I see many that are thermal, some are laser, etc… Thanks for your suggestions!

Hello.I have noticed that Invoices produced from Acumatica ERP is in PDF Format which allows any person who has access to the electronic version to access and edit text.Is there not a configuration setting that allows Acumatica Clients to protect PDF documents like invoices (and Purchase Orders and Statements) to prevent anybody from editing the PDF ?

Hello,I am attempting to learn about Workflows but seem to have an issue(s) with the Customization Project. That part loads okay, but from there I seem to be stuck as to how to get to the Workflow section, since there does not appear to be a Customization Project Editor or TaskWorkFlow. I am using U100 after creating the Workflows tenant in accordance with the instructions in the Consultant Course, Cusomization, W150 Workflows 2023 R1. Any help in pointing me into the correct direction would be appreciated.

Currently you cannot enter a negative expense receipt for a corporate credit card. Upvote here: However we have many customers who are dealing with this on a regular basis, what is your prefered or suggested workaround while Acumatica considers the idea of adding this into the product?  Thank you!

I have an existing customer looking for an ERP solution, they are in Education, more specifically a university here in the US. Does anyone have any current use cases for Acumatica in Education or can you point me to some marketing materials that I may be overlooking. Thanks. 

Hello - One of our properties prepared a batch of payments, and only 4 came through into the standard approval routing, on “Pending Approval” status. The remaining checks are still “On Hold” and they appear to be stuck there. I cannot remove Hold, or change the status in anyway. Does anyone know what may be causing this?Thanks!

Good day,Logged on this morning and the infamous Acumatica Homepage is gone. See below.  It is gone also on another Acumatica users.  My users are do focused; no one reached out.  Any way to get it back for now.  I am working custom dashboards however, they are not ready yet for each user.  

Hi guys,I’ve noticed that there’s Pending Approval Notification for EMP Time Cards, but we want another notification working as following: whenever a time card is rejected, the owner/Employee should receive an email that he/she should check the reason, revise it accordingly and resubmit. So far I couldn’t find it anywhere in “Time & Expenses Preferences”. Is it possible to achieve it?Thanks.

Hi,We have an requirement from our client, they need to send both packing list and SO Invoice when sending the email from Email Invoice function. I have tried with the EmailTemplate Attach Report Scenario, how ever it was not successfull.Appreciate if anyone can point me the option that I have used was wrong, what is the correct method to do this or other wise is there any other option available.Please Note this Packing List is a Customized Report. Best Regards,Kavindu

Anyone know how to turn this on Globally? Please tell me I don’t have to do this on every single user record! We are using the mobile app to authenticate. 

When I try to modify an existing Document Template by adding an additional line, it will not save the data. The View and Type columns both will automatically be emptied to NULL whenever I tab through the columns and try to move on to the next line. What would be the correct way to send an auto-reply email to all new cases created in Acumatica? Building a Business Event on a Cases (CR306000) will not work as the email address from the sender or reply-to is not stored on the case. Going the route of a GI, I have not been able to achieve this because there is no data point to a case that can be used for the Business Event trigger to stop the email from being sent if more than one email.  Under system Email Accounts (SM204002) there is an option called “Reply to unassigned Emails” I have not been able to get that to work. It may not be the correct opinion in our use case.  Our use case is a company closure. What are the implications of deleting an “empty” warehouse location that was used very briefly? A small amount of items were briefly transferred in and then out.

Notification templates only allow you to enter a specific user, email address or placeholder for an email address in any of the recipient fields (To, Cc and Bcc).  Has anyone identified another way to accomplish this?Email notification to all members of workgroup to which entity is assigned identifies a similar need, but it applies to entities assigned to workgroups.  In my case, I want to send the emails to members of a workgroup of my choosing, even one not assigned to the entity.  For example, on creation of a new vendor, I want to send a notification to everyone in an AP workgroup. 

Does Acumatica still support surveys for versions 2022R1 to 2023 R2? if so, where can I find the installation package?
