I am testing the integration with ShipStation and have run into an issue. When a shipment is confirmed back into Acumatica, the shipment’s box/package contents are empty. I hope I’m missing a simple setting somewhere?
I don’t see anything in the documentation saying it should do this, however this is a required function in order for our Amazon > Acumatica connector to work.
