Acumatica Payments Opportunity Tracking


The introduction of Acumatica Payments requires a new process for tracking opportunities. This process will allow us to:

  • Manage Payments opportunities as they progress through the pipeline.
     
  • Distinguish between existing ERP customers adding Payments and new prospects purchasing an ERP solution and Payments together.

When you have a Payments opportunity, please go to the Sales workspace on the Partner Portal and use the “New Acumatica Payments Opportunity” link to create the opportunity.  This will automatically notify the Payments sales team. They will contact you about next steps and engaging with the customer or prospect.
