Is this enough to keep updated with Acumatica ? or is there any other source of information I am missing to keep myself updated with Acumatica ?

Good afternoon consultant,I would like to know if you can help me with the following query:In Property Management, in the Units option, one of the units was deleted by mistake and when trying to create it again, Acumatica gives the following error "Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Unit / Space: Error: The record has been deleted ."My question is: how can I locate within Acumatica if this Unit has any associated transaction that prevents its creation or what is causing this error?Thank you very much in advance for your response.

hello, i am adding the actions in my new screen but all actions display in only actions in my category display only reports,actions,inquiers don’t show the printing & email etc..  categorys? how create remaing ones?

Hi. I created a business event to send a notification of a sales quote created based on the amount. The issue I am facing now is that the business event send out notification on quotes that were sent out on past dates (if a person makes changes to the sales quotes created on previous dates). I need the notification to only send out sales quotes created today only. Please can you help me out.

Hi All, I have a very simple Business Event that I can’t get to trigger. Condition is for an appointment that changes to status of Completed. I made a copy of the Appointments primary list to use in the BE. Screenshot below. To test I open an Appointment, start it, then complete it so status is Completed. No history shows. Spent a while trying different things… Not sure if I’m missing something obvious?  

hi!is anyone aware of a way to mass delete emails pending processing?  i know you can click into the email and cancel processing which removes it from the list but i wasn’t sure if there was something already in acumatica that would allow you to cancel more than one email at a time!any help is appreciated!

Hello, has anyone created a business event notification for when a prior period is unlocked?

We have purchased a Spanish Language Package to provide an additional language option for our Spanish-speaking users. Could someone please guide us through the process of enabling it? Our partner has initiated a case with Acumatica, but unfortunately, they haven't been able to provide clear instructions on adding the additional language. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, we have the problem that we have set push notifications and on an iPhone 13 the notification arrives. But on an iPhone 7 with IOS 5.8 there is no notification. The Haufe X360 app has the same version on both devices.

Hello, we have entered payments to a vendor - paid them and their check has already been cashed.  However when we try to release the transaction to the GL we get the following error: Error: Another process has updated the 'GLTran' record. Your changes will be lost. If anyone has any ideas what this might be and how to fix it?  

I have a generic inquiry that looks at all sales orders. My goal is to send an email to required receipients when a ship date changes. Here is the trigger conditions:and the fields to track: The Business Event history is empty. Ship dates are being changed.Any ideas why it is not triggering? Is it a problem with the BE or GI?

Is there a solution how to select and upload images from the gallery in the Haufe X360 app in IOS?But if you have photo optimization and Icloud activated on your iPhone. Does the Haufe app think that this is just a .thumb file.You then only have the option of taking the photo directly via the app.

Just wondering if I’m missing something here. In all of the help topics, it says to login with a mock username and password to test the implementation activity- but when I try to do that, I get an invalid login message. I want to be able to explore and kind of play around with the things I don’t have permissions to in our actual company acumatica- so I can see what processes we’re not using that could be helpful to us. It seems like the help topics are giving a login for exactly that reason, to go around and explore things and practice without actually changing things in the companies system set up. Am I wrong in this, or am I just missing a step in the process?For context- I’m a newish admin assistant and from what I have explored in the acumatica help topics, we are severely under utilizing the ERP. Hello,I regularly create snapshots and then delete the old ones. I have an issue where there are snapshots show under space usage screen under the Snapshot tab. Under the tenant list the snapshots do not appear. I have already ran the delete snapshot page and I have used the delete orphan action. Any ideas on how to delete these snapshots.Thanks 

Good, I have one claim for one employee only.  All his other claims were released.  The error message is Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Currency value GBP   Error: 'Currency' cannot be found in the system.  GBP is the employee currency and it is used throughout the system.I try a number of things on the employee profile.  Any suggestions.@Evan G

I’m a little perplexed why there is no tab showing the related Sales Order and Shipments that were the origin of an ARInvoice.  Acumatica normally has links between related documents, and this one just perplexes my why you have to go search for an originating document manually to see the released Invoice’s history.  Am I missing something?

Hello,I have a scenario where I have a user defined field on the Vendor form to store an email address.  What I would like to do is for an AP Bill and Adjustment that is rejected (not approved) I would like to send an email to 1 of 2 possible email addresses that may change based on the vendor being used.  Is it possible to pull the user defined field (the email address) from the Vendor form using a combination of a business event and an email template?  The email would also return details like the document that was rejected, who rejected it, etc.  Thanks.Mike
