Can a case be reopened if it is rejected?

Hello! Can a case be re-opened if its status is rejected? All of the actions are greyed out here because the case status is “reject.”

Hi @jzhu 

Cases can still be Re-Opened when Rejected with standard Acumatica.

According to your screenshot, it looks like your Acumatica has Customization. So please check your Customization.
