Hello,
I’m showing Version 2024 R1 Build 24.102.0053 .
Prepare Dunning Letters screen has a Company/Branch filter. It appears possible to filter Dunning Letters by Company and it appears the procedure to filter Dunning Letters by Company is to select a company at the top of the screen.
When I remove the Company from the above screenshot, now Dunning Letters for all companies, all branches can be seen mingled together in the Prepare Dunning Letters screen:
