I’ve never had this error when running Project Billing and thought I’d post it here before opening a support case with Acumatica.

 

Action - Run Project Billing (Progress billing and not T&M)

Error - Recurring Item Sales Subaccount is missing

 

Anyone else have this and can point me in the right direction?  I’ve looked at the billing rule and it’s default subaccount for sales is looking at the project (which has a subaccount).

 

Hi, I had that error, it worked after I filled the recurring Account and Subaccount in the Project task. Have a look is there any Project task where no item inserted under the Recurring tab.


Yeah, for some reason we had 1 project task with a Recurring Billing line and the subaccount was missing.  Not part of our normal workflow but entering a subaccount mask BBBBBBBB and that resolved the error.
